Good hotel. I was only there for 6 hours. It's really close to Petra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Mohammad, helped me tie my head wrap. Decent breakfast with egg bar . Would stay again.

The hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot.

The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly!
This hotel is located in a corner of slightly uphill, so even you stayed in the outdoor restaurant, you can get a very nice view to the Petra surrounded areas.
In terms of location, it’s just 5 minutes drive to the Petra city entrance.
And the value for money is very high for this hotel too. I highly highly recommend to other travellers!

It's perfect. It's the best hotel I've stayed in in Jordan. The waiters are very nice. Even though I arrived late for breakfast, I was still very willing to serve. When the temperature was low outside at night, they offered to provide coats to keep warm, which was very considerate. The Petra scenic spot and hot air balloons can be seen from the room window, and pigeons will fly to the window sill to wake up in the morning.

отель хороший, еда вкусная.
минус такой что у нас пропали деньги прямо из сейфа, часть денег украли из сумки которая находилась в сейфе. звонили из отеля и первое что сказали отель не несет ответственность за пропавшие деньги или вещи. если собираетесь туда остановиться советую ничего ценного не оставить в номере вообще.

The hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay when visiting Petra. Beds are comfortable, decor is pleasant, giving this hotel a vibe of luxury. The staff were professional and friendly. However, the half board option does not even include water with your meal. The prices are ridiculous (water and tea for 4 people were about 10GD). I don't agree with charging for water with dinner and for that reason I wouldn't book this option again. Also, it was a dissapoitment that the swimming pool was open 9-17 - like it wasn't meant to be used at all. People go to visit Petra in during those hours, so it is an absolutely useless facility.
