Good location close to the big lake. Including breakfast, reasonable price.

A nice friendly hotel in a beautiful town.

The newly renovated room is beautiful and clean. Very good value for money. The food is delicious every morning. The receptionist is very good. Stayed for 3 nights and was very impressed.

The blankets and towels are very old. The air conditioners in some rooms are noisy. The bathrooms are not very good.

It is very close to Kwan Phayao Lake and the lake view rooms offer fantastic views. It is located in the city center and the rooms are clean but the breakfast is a bit poor.

The hotel has good service, clean rooms, and delicious food. Whenever I go to Phayao, I always stay at KM Hotel.

The most impressive thing was the breakfast and the staff were all very friendly. There was a fair amount of parking, but I'm not sure if there would be enough during the festival or high season.

The hotel is a little far from the bus station. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped me find the Shuangtiao to the bus station the next day. The hotel may be a little old and the facilities are a little old. The breakfast is also relatively simple

At night, the hotel's parking space is not enough for the number of cars of customers. When asking at the hotel counter, they recommended that we park on the side of the road and did not walk out the door to look for a parking space for the car. That's all they asked and answered. We have to park in a double row. Some cars are inconsiderate and park blocking the exit. It is difficult for cars that leave earlier than the ones parked blocking the exit.

The hotel is clean, but the parking lot is a little small. Overall, I like it. It's close to Kwan Phayao and tourist attractions.
