The room was large, and the bed was spacious. However, I booked a room with a City Hall view, and the window looked out onto the building next door—no view at all. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they said that this was the only room type available and they couldn't change it. What's the view, please?

I was charged for breakfast, but there was no breakfast, no coffee, just bread and an egg with bacon! Absurd!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. For being a 4-star hotel, it should offer greater comfort and service.
