We allow larger groups but charge a nominal fee of $40/night per guest over 8 guests to cover our additional costs. This is automatically priced into your quote if you have entered the correct amount of guests staying. All our properties include all of the essentials and needs to allow for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! You are renting from a largest owner direct with local full time service staff (Mon-Fri) like a resort hotel. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (10 AM) and late check out (6 PM) may be available for your reservation for a special reduced rate. Please inquire if interested. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED You have paid for a basic cleaning which included pool maintenance and the gardener. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $200 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Windows, ceiling fans-cupboards-etc. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Large Pool (Can be heated to 75-85* for $150/tax per day or $600/tax per week. Recommended from October through May. Electric Pool Heat Pumps are only effective with a pool cover guests must put on / off if the daily temperatures drop below 55*. Hot Tub (Heated and Chemicals Serviced for $150/Tax per Stay) DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee. DO YOU ALLOW EVENTS / PARTIES Every situation would be discussed with the owners on a case by case basis. IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Phoenix rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks.
