Baymont by Wyndham Phoenix North

The place was decent, loved our room besides the bugs we found… the front lady was really rude our whole stay. And the heated pool was not heated. Other than that our stay was good.

Great Customer service and accommodating I've stayed at this location several times now. I have always received great service. Before checking in once, the staff checking me in changed my room withut me asking so that I wouldn't hear the I17 road noise. I was very thankful for his thoughtfulness. The past 2 times, ive stayed here with my mom. She recently had knee replacement surgery and the staff made sure to provide us with the closest room to the entrance so my mom wouldnt have a hard time. I truly appreciate that. Thank you so much for the great service!

The food was ok , room clean and nice , location very noisy very close to the freeway 17

We pulled the blankets back and there was drop of something red on the sheets coudnt tell what it was but you could tell the sheets hadnt been washed or changed there was feet prints on them ask if we could get someone to redo the bed they gave my daughter sheets and said here you go

Perfect stay for what I needed which was somewhere to work for the week in quiet. Loved having the kitchen in the room. Very friendly staff and was clean and comfortable.

For a place to sleep, it was cool. The freeway was kinda loud but I wasn’t phased by it because I kept the TV on. Pool is humid when you enter the indoor part of it which is expected. Surrounding area was nice because you have plenty of food options. The only thing I didn’t like is the key cards don’t work that good because I had to keep doing downstairs to get a new key card. Breakfast was lit. Continental breakfast forever!!!!
