Very good location.., it’s close to the Footprint Center (NBA - Suns game).., around ten minutes walking. Spacious room.. (two queen beds), with good amenities. Elevators ok..! Good breakfast..! There’s a bar in the lobby.., cozy place to eat and drink. I’d stay again…!!

The localtion is in a very good and convenient location. The hotel service staff are very friendly and will promptly assist you with any questions you may have. I will choose this hotel again for future business trips.

The location of the hotel is awkward. You say it is in the city center, but it is really inconvenient to go there without a car. There is basically no public transportation. The room is large and can accommodate 5 people. I live alone and it is very comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, basically everything is available. Friends also come to the hotel for breakfast in the morning, and I have 5 free breakfasts.

New, big, business. It is very suitable for business people residing abroad, which is similar to domestic Raffles City. The swimming pool water is not very good, and very small. The breakfast is very good, you can make your own waffle, and the service staff are also very nice. Doesn't Lao Mei start work after ten? ? ! ! 🚀 lose to 🌞 I wanted to stay a few more days. Phoenix was too dry and my legs were cracked...so... after staying for two nights, I left. Having experienced the abuse of kindergarten children, I hated Ctrip for a while. But after the return of sanity... Ctrip is doing better. I hope that everyone who provides perfect service to travelers will be treated kindly by Ctrip. I have to say that I am very grateful to Ctrip for the past ten days in the United States. I chose this hotel to watch a baseball game. It was a stylish and nice hotel. There were negative reviews on Google and other sites, such as ”small,” ”no refrigerator,” ”difficult to find the check-in counter,” and ”expensive parking.” I also inquired about parking in advance, but I didn't get a reply from the hotel, so I was worried, but there were no fatal problems. I headed to the hotel by rental car, and there was a valet parking staff in front of the hotel. It was very convenient because you just drop off your luggage and hand over the key. The next morning, I checked out around 7:00, but the valet parking staff seemed to be there from 5:00, so there was no problem. (Valet parking seems to be a regional thing, and all the hotels in this area had similar prices.) Check-in is at the bar counter. I was happy to receive a welcome drink. The room was not as small as the reviews said, and the bathroom was spacious. Please note that there is no refrigerator, water, coffee/tea, etc. This hotel is in a very convenient location (within a 10-minute walk) for watching baseball and basketball games. After the game, it's very convenient to be able to walk back to your hotel room in less than 10 minutes amidst the chaos. I recommend it.

It's a new hotel with newer facilities and is close to the exhibition hall. However, the hotel has no sense of service at all. When I checked out on the last day, the room password lock was out of power, and I was locked outside and couldn't get to my luggage. It took the hotel about an hour to open the door, which affected my rush to the airport. The front desk staff was not in a hurry and didn't say anything to apologize. They had no sense of service.

I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. It is also close to the airport connecting train station. You can walk during the day, but I think it's best to avoid it at night. Be quiet and use ride-sharing or hotel transportation.

Location close to many downtown attractions. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate to accommodate an hungry morning appetite. The cinnamon rolls were on point. I’d recommend staying here anytime. Enjoyed my short one night stay.

This is a hipster hotel for sure. The area is ok but don’t venture too far out as it can get a bit sketchy. The layout and vibe are awesome. It was a little dirty inside the room but the experience was nice. Would probably go again

The room is large, the space is separated, the facilities are very user-friendly, that is, breakfast is a little expensive and acceptable.
