V friendly staff. Help with booking transport, boat trip. Breakfast by the river is excellent. Provide lots of drinking water. Rooms is nicely decorated

Charming and rustic. Host was nice; he made an effort to check in on his guests and we had a wonderful conversation with him. Breakfast was very good; besides the usual butter and toast, we had their local 'kuehs' of banana in glutinous rice and fritters. They arranged a Tuk Tuk with a driver who spoke some English to take us around. Charges were reasonable. Massage was available but the room for massage had no air con as it had broken down so the experience was not so favorable. It is also not easy to get around unless u have transport.

Wonderful cozy location. Owner and his team are smilling wonderful people. Whilst staying there all was quite and calm.

Very clean! I like it very much, and the house is beautiful It's really nice, the garden and the river, it would be nice if I could stay longer

Our family of three checked in. The hotel did not have a formal "front desk reception", but there was a staff member waiting. After taking a passport photo, we checked in and breakfast was prepared for us the next day. There was no cleaning service in the room. We were arranged to stay in a room on the first floor, which had a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The room was very large and comfortable. The house was relatively old, and the atmosphere of Thai people's life was everywhere. Because it was on the first floor, there were windows all around. Although there were curtains, you could always vaguely see the interior through the gaps in the curtains. In addition, this door lock, I don't know how to describe it. I think a weak woman like me can kick it open with one foot... There was a serious lack of security, especially when sleeping. This hotel is a family-style courtyard. It is really comfortable, but there is no sense of security, because there is no gate in this courtyard, and you can enter and exit the courtyard freely. The breakfast is very good, and it is so pleasant to sit by the river. We went there in January, and we had to wear a cotton coat. The cool season in Ayutthaya is really cold. The breakfast was fantastic, sitting by the river was really relaxing. We went in January and surprisingly had to wear cotton jackets. The cool season in Ayutthaya is really cold.

It was interesting to decorate the room with old antiques. The room was spacious and the family was comfortable. The surroundings of the house were pretty.

The house is right by the river, quiet, good breakfast, and great views. I booked a two-bedroom room with four beds and plenty of space. The owner of the B&B is very nice, and the free snacks are super delicious.

The room is open in 3 directions and is too bright. There should be additional blackout curtains.

I really want to praise this B&B. It feels like living in a private garden with views everywhere. Although the building is a bit old, it is well maintained. Compared with other houses around, it is obviously a house of a wealthy family and is now used as a B&B. The room also has a 270-degree view, surrounded by green plants, the view is extremely comfortable, and the furnishings in the room are also very warm. Usually, there are three aunties to receive guests and maintain and clean. The boss should not be often here, but his enthusiasm is not diminished at all. No matter where in the world you are from, it is the simple hospitality of Thai people. This B&B and this room are the biggest surprise of this trip to Thailand. It is so comfortable.

The room is very Thai, well-decorated, clean and sanitary! The boss is also very nice. He didn't charge extra for the tuk-tuk and boat we found, and the service was good. I highly recommend staying here

Visitors with imaginative Thai-style housing can choose from, but it is recommended that more people stay. The traditional Thai-style house we stayed in had a wooden structure after entering the house, which was very high-quality. However, the lighting was average, and the bathroom had a wooden door. No one dared to go there alone at night. The breakfast variety is simple but nutritious, nice.
