The hotel was so comfy and staffs are friendly. The breakfast was good too. The best so far i ever stayed.

I liked the hotel very much. I had booked for 1 night before. Then I extended my stay for another 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 24/7 hot water, WiFi, food and drink available. The room was perfectly clean. Everything works flawlessly. Patong walking street is only 1 km away. If I fall on my way again, I would definitely like to stay again. Also the price is great as the performance. Would definitely recommend. You will definitely be satisfied 😉

Very cost-effective, with a rooftop swimming pool, a pleasant stay! The massage booked by the hotel is also very authentic, island hopping and taxi are convenient, and it is a 15-minute walk from the beach.

Good experience in this hotel. Staff was nice with me and advised me about tours. Room was clean and pool was wonderful on the roof. They have bike for rent PCX and Click 125 for good price. Thank you to all team of Patong Mansion. I will come back next year.

No hot water broken bed they blamed us for by the way me & my wife are in are 60s & I have copd the bed was broken & they turned it round while we were out for the day . This morning Iwe were woken up by someone trying to kick a door in downstairs. The patong mansion & heaven apartments across the allly way that’s why theirs no out side pictures so we get an apartment with no lift so 8 flights of stairs later and nearly half dead we arrived at our door to be greeted by two cockroach’s. The room was cleaned every two days to a good standard apart from the soiled sheets and pillow cases. At night walking up the ally I’ve never seen so many rats. I won’t be going back the staff were arrogant and ignorant we left 5days early due to all these things and yes booking. Com I will be after a full refund. Ow and you have to keep your curtains shut all day as the other side can see straight in your room

The best budget friendly hotel in Patong which is near to beach as well as most attraction in phuket with a warm, friendly and helpful staff.. had taken a bike rent with affordable price and help in booking car to airport .. the rooftop pool was the main highlight and the room was well maintained with all the basic amenities like hair dryer, toiletries , mineral water and hot beverage. Highly recommended ..

The rooftop pool was so nice and the room i got was more then enough great staff, and always are ready to help, the beach was 15 minutes walk and great site seeing, great experience, so many bars and nice people all round, great massage and very professional

Can't fault hotel , staff was very nice , room clean and tidy everyday , breakfast is usual Thailand standard , scrambled eggs , fruit , toast amd Thai etc . Swimming pool on the roof was small but fantastic , had to my self almost every time , Great way to cool off in the heat of the sun . Very quiet area with 7/11 30 second walk away . Main part of patong prob 10-15 nice easy walk , which I like, so may not be ideal if u don't like a little stroll . Hotel made efforts over Xmas with a free Buffett and soft drinks , nice touch , oh and the iguana that chills outside is a nice touch . Would I come back , yes

I stayed for 11 days at the patong mansion,it was a fantastic stay,the staff are very friendly from the moment you walk into reception,the cleanliness is immaculate in all ways,the rooms are lovely,nice bed,nice bathroom and shower,nice air con,the chambermaids are there every day cleaning your room thouroughly and deserve to be tipped.There is a massage shop opposite hotel too where they are very friendly and do nice massages.The rooftop swiiming pool is lovely especially in evening with refreshing water. Great services generally and great help for booking day excursions.On the day we left they also gave us a jar of tiger balm as a leaving gift which i thought was a nice touch too,I would definitely stay again and will miss the resident mascot Iggy the iguana 👍😀😀❤️
