Location is good and convenient , room is large, despite old but kept super clean. Breakfast is simple but decent , good value for money. Suggest to improve the quality of your shampoo , it is really of a bad quality one. We bought our own as it is not effective at all to clean .

Ideal location right in front of the sea. Large beautiful rooms with balconies. Lots of storage space. Nice staff! I always stay here if I am on Karon beach!

If you like to be with cockroaches, then go to this rubbish hotel. I found cockroaches but they didn't change my room. The front desk said they could disinfect them, but they just mopped the cockroaches away. There was no disinfectant. I booked for three nights but they still didn't give me a refund.

We really liked it! The room had slippers, beach towels, 2 umbrellas. Good water pressure in the shower. Polite staff, they greet you and help you carry your bags to your room. Good breakfasts. Large area, beautiful waterfall with a pool. Great location! We recommend visiting!
