Very good hotel in its category! 5-8 minutes to the beginning of Patong beach, but also several times a day there is a free shuttle to the beach and to the shopping center. 100 meters from the hotel there is a 24-hour 7/11, as well as fruit stalls and makashnrtsi (night and day market)

This is my second time here. Last time was with my friend and came back again with family. Location just right of the sea. Woke up and there you go the view u can enjoy. Owner so friendly. It just the bed to hard hopefully ownerr can consider change the mattress.

Room is nice, clean and met expectations. It’s also spacious

16 of us arrived at the hotel pass 2pm and we still need to wait for the room to be ready due to full of guest. While waiting room to be ready, we having out complimentary free welcome rink provided by hotel. We booked 1x premium roo., 1x quadruple room and 3x family triple room with saparate booking. All the room are facing direct to the pool except for premium room which is located at the back. Room are clean and quite spacious which accommodate 16 of us with super comfort and soft bed. Staff are friendly but some of them is having difficulty to speak in english. I would like to highlight to hotel management to take this issue seriously as Phuket is the place that attracted lots of tourist from around the world and i believe english language is the 2nd option to communicate with foreign people. Highly recommended to all who like to stay at Patong area. Easy access to the hot spot area in Patong

Minimal big hotel, almost no services, room with minimal furniture … water not draining in the shower, room door locking problems .. very good in case of super promo otherwise you can find better location for the same price. What is really strange, is the time waiting for a taxi to the jetty or airport, need at least 3 hours advance booking, nevertheless there is a huge number of taxi running around everywhere. Another unpleasant aspect is the road in front of the hotel, there is no pedestrian walking to town for 400m and car runs very fast beside you at anytime during the day. Good thing the supermarket just beside and a very good restaurant just in front of the hotel (photo).

Good hotel. I am staying here for the second time. Swimming pool, there is a shallow one for children, the water is clean. The cuisine is delicious, breakfasts are varied. Cleaning is adequate, we were staying with a one-year-old child, our linen was changed often. The territory is very cool, there are many trees, even mangoes grow.

The view from the window is not pleasing... Daily cleaning Breakfasts are very good
