A good instgram materials hotel does not qualify to be a good hotel , very bad service. we booked a facade view room with breakfast, the room view is perfect and very instagramable, but that's it. We reserved a breakfast in the box for our check-out day as we were leaving at 5 AM , while we were checking out they told us that they forgot to book it , we asked for a refund for two breakfast meals which at first they did not understand due to the language barrier but then refunded the money. Rooms smell like sewage when we complain they did nothing at all. I think they need to recheck their whole plumbing system. which is a major thing. To be honest, the smell was unbearable although the hotel is directly on the beach but the nearest store or an affordable restaurant is 20 min walk away - up hill walk- nothing to be done here but make sure you have enough snacks as the hotels restaurant last order is at 9:30 PM. which brings me to the restaurant . While we were having dinner, a cat entered the restaurant casually while the whole staff kept laughing at the frightened guests, which was way too rude. in addition, none of the staff who worked in the restaurant speaks English they barely understand the menu. and the breakfast did not have enough variety , it was below average not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel. I recommend only 1 night stay for the sake of the pictures on the kayak and the pool. N.B one of the kayaks was leaking water and they don't just care.
