Stayed only for 3 days, unfortunately, but enjoyed. Room was very spacious and clean, the view was amazing. May be a bit hard for someone because a lot of ladders. 5 minutes of walk to the beach.

The hotel is mostly occupied by white people, especially the elderly. It has been there for a long time. It has a large area and a balcony, but the ceiling is low. It is about the standard of Hanting in China. The environment is not bad, but there are a few problems: 1. The doors and windows are not closed tightly, so many mosquitoes will come in. Many big mosquitoes have been bitten. The hotel does not have a mosquito repellent. 2. The bedding is too bad and has been there for a long time. There are holes. 3. The second row facing the street is a bit noisy. It is livable, but it is very average. There is no way. The price is too high in this season.

This is our second time at this hotel, we returned a year later because last time we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, unlike many other hotels. We were placed in room 1435, it is in perfect and working condition. In the morning we visited the canteen, where the staff was smiling, everyone wished us a good day and bon appetit. The food is fresh, everything is very neat, the tables are clean, I am writing this with all my heart, I want to thank all the staff for this. After breakfast we went to the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away, but we walked a little further along the coast, where there are fewer sun loungers, there were fewer people. We returned to the room by 12, and it was already cleaned!!! The hotel sent us a compliment for our return, in the form of a plate of fruit and openness with a bouquet of flowers. THANK YOU! Very nice! The hotel grounds are licked, the staff constantly remove leaves, touch up, make sure everyone is comfortable. Late in the evening we went to the pool and swam until night. The pools are also very clean, you want to swim in them. I can't find a word that needs to be improved, it's surprising that with such service this hotel is not 4+. The location is very convenient if coming from Phuket Airport. There will be a blue Smart Bus on the route Airport-Rawai Beach. The fare is only 100 baht per person. Sit along the beach and you will see beautiful beaches. Starting from Nai Yang Beach, Kamala, Patong. When you get off at Kuan Patong a little bit, you can get ready to get off. You can also tell the driver to get off at the Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort. The check-in counter is very friendly and lovely. But the only downside is there is no elevator. You have to walk up the stairs. The swimming pool is wide. It is near the Karon roundabout, Soi Bangla Karon. It is easy to find food.

The hotel has a very good location, right next to the beach. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. There are many foreigners in the hotel, which is very relaxing and you can watch the sunset on the terrace! 

I booked this hotel when I arrived here. I wanted to stay for one night first, but I was amazed by the sunset outside the window in the evening. I extended my stay for 5 nights. The swimming pool was also great. The breakfast in the restaurant was average and not worth it. The dinner was good, and the curry was delicious.

The room is big! The hotel front desk service is very good, and they greet in Chinese, very enthusiastic, the swimming pool is beautiful! It feels like a vacation! It is very convenient to be close to the beach!
