Traveling with parents. The location of the hotel was convenient with its own parking area and sufficiently available. There is a local market opposite and massage parlor just next to it, and a very small mall. Walkable to the central spot where the night market is. Booked this room type to accommodate the 3 of us. Paid an additional headcount as the charges only covered 2 adults, it was totally understandable. Overall the room and bed was comfortable, spacious and I would say the water pressure was the best, out of the 3 hotels I stayed in Phuket, surprisingly.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. This was a good a hotel for a solo traveler like myself. Some of the pros incl it’s cleanliness, breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, walking distance to Central Phuket mall or you can take the hotel’s shuttle, 7-11 supermarket, pharmacy, currency exchange place, massage parlor, restaurants & street food vendors, pool, gym in the 1st floor of the hotel, hotel restaurant (11am-10:30pm). The only “con” for is that it’s location is very far from most of the exciting activities offered in Phuket, so I had to pay extra for pickups based on the various tours I booked.

What a place, one of the nicest and most comfortable places I ever been to. I would definitely recommend for someone who’s looking for a super clean, nice, safe, comfortable, easy to reach place. The staff was amazing, facilities are top-notch where you have everything you would need.

Resort is 40-50 mins drive from the Phuket airport. Not really near any beaches (30 min drive to the closest one) or town (20 min drive). Restaurants available around the lagoon area. Local road side restaurants on the main road. Boat arcade supermarket 5 mins walk from the resort front desk. Nice swimming pool, with kids playing area, and pool valleyball net available. Polite staffs. Good coffee at lighthouse cafe. Initially, we have booked a premier delux room with lagoon view. We arrived the resort entrance saying ”this looks nice”. But we checked in and realised we were not staying at the hotel wing. We were led to the marina/ lagoon side, which looked a lot like a retirement village. The room was large, nice view looking at the yachts. But the room was so neglected, and definitely needed some cleaning and re-furnishing done. Long story short, we had a long drive, we stayed the first night, and we would get a room change the next morning. Obviously, we didn't get a good night sleep. We approached the front desk, complaint about that room and wanted a room change. This was the first time I ever complaint about hotel room. Initially,the staffs wanted us the price difference, in the end offering a room at hotel wing, facing the pool with no extra cost. We checked out the room condition before accepting it. The difference was heaven and hell . Just want to thank front desk staffs for making room change available. This made the end of our trip on a high note. Just want to mention, although pool regulations said that no lifeguard on duty. But if pool attendant/staff sees young kids wander into pool without adult, staffs should intervene. One morning during breakfast hours, 3 kids walked into the pool , the oldest kid maybe only 7 yr old. The played at the kids area for 15-20 min unattended. The mother popped up from one of the rooms on 1st floor. The son decided jumped into deeper water. Lucky he didn't submerge straight away and managed to yell at his mother for help. Mother saved own son. Nobody would have noticed the kid was drowning if mom wasn't there.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and the pools were absolutely amazing. We almost couldn’t believe the kayaks were included in the price. For a 5* hotel, the food and drinks are also very reasonably priced which we were also really impressed by!

Had a please stay at ICheck Inn Patong. Staff at the reception was very helpful when I had issues with the safety locker. The hotel is close to the beach and also to the Walking street. Few observations. 1. Pls fix the telephone line (Room 508) 2 .Pls provide other items for making the coffee. Only coffee powder was provided.

This place turned out to be a complete disaster. By no means an apartment hotel. Just an apartment complex with absolutely no in-house ameneties with two *****s sitting at reception to handover the keys to you and don't even bother to escort you to the room at the time of check-in. These *****s don't even know how to talk to guests in a polite way. Even my illiterate housemaid behaves in a much nicer way. No glass partition between the restaurant kitchen and seating - making the entire ground floor smelly with seafood frying. Strictly no for pure Indian vegetarians who are not used to such smell, otherwise go to the restaurant be ready to puke. Our son almost did and ran out of the building. In a small, so-called 1 bedroom apartment, they have tried to fit too many things. The fact is - everything is good for nothing. The wooden partition between bed and living makes both spaces too small and claustrophobic. Sofa is at 5 feet viewing distance from the 40 inch TV, better you bang your head on the TV instead. Microwave is placed at a height of 6 feet - use chair to climb and see the status of your dish. A small balcony is good for nothing - and housekeeping never cleans it, which makes it full of dirt. No in-room phone, no on-demand housekeeping, no room service. So be ready to make frequent trips to the ground floor reception and nearby 7-Eleven and Family Mart for small small things. No tea/coffee/sugar pouches in the kitchen, bare minimum utensils, hot plate based old style cooktop doesn't give any temperature control. Toaster and tea kettle provided, but neither enough plug points nor enough space on cooking platform to out these. Didn't even provide utensil cleaning liquid and scrubber. No hand towels provided in the bathroom. No hooks to hang clothes. I was pleasantly surprised to see beach towels in the bathroom. My question is - if you are charging like any other 3-star hotel in the area, and can't even take care of such basic things, why are you calling yourself a ”hotel” and charging like a 3-star hotel. Only milky white bedsheets and strong Air-conditioners don't make you a good place to stay. Services, amenities and behaviour do, all of which badly lack in your ”hotel”.

Small studio apartment with everything you need, including a full kitchen (stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery). Medium bed, which actually consists of 2 small ones. Unfortunately, it was a bit short for me, so I had to sleep diagonally (I lived alone). Daily cleaning, trash removal and replenishment of various consumables. There is always staff at the reception ready to help. The complex has a gym, a rooftop swimming pool, its own mini-restaurant, elevators and parking. The only negative in the area itself is that there are few activities within walking distance, so you have to walk a lot in the heat or drive. Everything in the hotel is good, but to be honest, the more fair price is 100 baht less. P.S. There was an unpleasant incident that did not depend on the hotel staff - the power was completely turned off in the entire hotel for almost a day. After discussing complaints they extended my stay by 1 day. Problem solved.

This property is near Phuket Airport and has a beautiful environment. I love the toiletries; they smell great and the facilities are fully equipped. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket.
