The facilities are very comfortable. It includes bath salts for the tub, unfortunately the tub is a bit old-fashioned and does not seal completely so the water leaks and is a bit uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. It has several restaurants inside. The buffet breakfast includes traditional dishes and chili, which is a plus. It does not include parking, but it has an agreement of $5.00 for 24 hours in private parking. The staff is very friendly and smiling.

It was great except we should have been told the pool would be closed. We wanted some downtime by the pool after a week in the wilderness

The staff were attentive, polite and accommodating. When I had a problem with my credit card in Canada, they ensured I could call them without incurring any long distance charges when the collect call was not working.
The restaurants were great to eat at and we really enjoyed a massage at the spa after many days of hiking.
One suggestion is that you become a Marriott member to get free internet as rooms booked through ******* often don't include complementary access. Again another example of the great service, when I realised the Internet was not free, they arranged to get me signed up as a member and then reversed out the changes. Many hotels I have stayed at need to spend some time here to understand what great customer service looks like.
Needless to say, the rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the overall environment was great. They represented real value for money and I will be sure to stay here when we return again.

Wonderful stay, staff was wonderful and helped us book tours/driver as well as a doctor for an urgent medical issue. Would stay here again
