B&B Gli Archi

Mrs Maria is very welcoming and helpful, she waited for us despite the delay and recommended places and places of interest. The room is very clean and comfortable for both adults and children. It is a little far from the center but still reachable quickly. We would have given a higher rating if our room had had an internal bathroom... Going out to wash and pee at night (with a small child) in the middle of the common corridor is not very pleasant...

Clean, welcoming place, close to many tourist attractions, the lady was very helpful....she waited for us until late because we were late with the ship. Pisa was very beautiful, we would definitely return.... Thanks for everything

We stayed in this B&B with my family for a week and we had a good time, Mrs. Maria was very welcoming... we were not asked for any deposit, the lady told us that she withholds them for smokers who smoke in the room .

Dopo aver prenotato, e quindi pagato, ho chiamato la titolare per accordarci per il check in visto che sarei arrivato di notte ma lei, pur essendo in sede, non è stata disponibile ad aiutarmi e mi ha addirittura chiuso il telefono in faccia. Arrivato il giorno della prenotazione ho visto che non è un B&B ma è un affittacamere. Non ha una reception, niente colazione, bagno non in camera, niente bagnoschiuma e neanche uno specchio in camera. La responsabile, per quanto riguarda il bagno, mi ha detto che sono stato io a scegliere questo (camera economica) ma nella prenotazione non diceva niente di tutto ciò. Mi aveva chiesto una caparra di 50 euro + la tassa di soggiorno di 15 euro scrivendo gli importi su un pezzo di carta (quindi non ricevuta fiscale). Qualche giorno prima di andare via mi ha restituito la caparra e pensavo che il giorno dopo mi avrebbe fatto la ricevuta fiscale ma niente, quindi per la tassa di soggiorno niente ricevuta fiscale, e meno male che è una tassa!
