"I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't even have an electric kettle, let alone a coffee maker. There were very few plugs, and you had to call a taxi when you went out. There was nothing else nearby except the hotel restaurant. The Wi-Fi only worked for two phones, the other iPads could no longer access the internet, the hair dryer in the bathroom seemed to be from the 70s, and the elevator had doors that could be locked, which is unimaginable in today's world."

They also have an exclusive and relaxing tranquil terrace to relax and retire in after. Cannot recommend enough. Italian panache at its best."

"I have requested to leave the hotel immediately after I entered the room. We have tried to request a cleaner room, but the front desk staff strictly said, NO ROOM IS AVAILABLE. Neglecting the poor attitude of the staff at the front desk (maybe cuz we are Asian), the room is super creepy, very dusty, dirty and outdated. (I am paying for a triple room, prefer 1 king and 1 single) We were all terrified by the toilet, and is obvious to see the mould at the ceiling, and dust particles on the floor. Then, the bedroom. Aircon outlets were super dusty, that we kept sneezing during our short stay in the room. Door knobs missing at the wardrobe, peeling wallpapers with scratch marks on, outdated paints on the cupboard, not to mention this is the last room of the corridor. I made my choice to leave the hotel for my family's safety. Feel free to compare my photos with the photos provided by the hotel, or uploaded photos from the customers. I paid £170 for the room, not during a peak season. Feel free to comment. This is definitely NOT what I expected, and irrelevant with any photos, which the front desk said the new rooms are only for the superior room type."

"Unfortunately, I can only give a bad review. The reason is the completely outdated photos in the description. They look friendly, bright, and inviting. In reality, those days are long gone at this hotel. We were looking forward to the pool, a must at this time of year! But it wasn't open; instead, it was green and unsightly. A tennis court? They're building a house on it, wow 🤔 The hotel lobby was dark, and the aquarium was dirty. The breakfast buffet was an absolute disaster. In fact, none of these pictures reflect reality. There's a lot of work to be done!!!"

"- Same breakfast every day. - The breakfast room is infested with huge flies everywhere, even on the food because they insist on leaving doors open for smokers. - No actual meat included in breakfast only processed meat. No boiling water available so cant make a proper cup of tea. - Parking is only available for a specific amount of guest (first come first served) and it doesn't even apply to the entire day and on top of that there is no guarantee that you will have a parking spot available to you. When we asked why to the front desk they replied because the parking permit is expensive. Well at 300$ USD a night so is your hotel for what you are offering. - The maids dont even change the bedsheets they just rearrange and tuck them back in. We had to make a fuss about it to get them to have it done. - dirty pool never cleaned from the looks of it - the private beach is only available until 7pm so you cant even access it to watch the sunset. Staff tell us to walk 15 min to go to the public beach instead. Further putting in doubt their nightly rate. - the rooms are tiny, and feel pretty dated. The prehistoric tv and wardrobe is a good indicator. - you have to call front desk so that they activate the air conditioning. - the elevator seems to have a mind of its own. It only decides to show up when it feels like no matter how many times you push on the button. So most of the time are forced to take stairs, which is really inconvenient for people with handicaps or respiratory illnesses - the hotel is an a remote area unless you have a car. The problem is they can't accommodate cars so kind off force to take public transit, which takes an hour to get to any major city such as Pisa. At that price there should be some sort of complimentary shuttle service offered. - hotel claims it is a non smoker hotel. the balcony ashtrays and cigarette smoke coming from central air conditioning system suggests otherwise. Overall not worth 300$ USD nightly."

"We stayed here for a few days in room 27, and can see why the previous review could have said that it was loud. There is music in reception late into the night and from about 7am so I guess it’s just pick of the rooms as to whether you are close to reception or not with Hotiday booking. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff in reception were lovely and the hotels private beach is beautiful. There are lifeguards across the beach and hotel pool and there are gazebos and sun loungers to rent at the beach or free at the pool. We stayed on the beach for 2 days and by the pool for 2 days. Breakfast had a great selection and we ate in the restaurants along the beach in the evening and at lunchtime. There is a lot of sea food on all menus. We arrived from the airport using the express train to Pisa central and then the number 10 bus, it was very easy. Would definitely stay again!"

"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room had a shattered glass panel and a completely blocked drain — shocking for any hotel. After changing rooms, I discovered bed seams crawling with bed bugs. I suffered at least 20 painful bites, developed severe allergic reactions. I immediately contacted the hotel — no reply, no apology, no compensation. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This hotel is a serious threat to guests' health and safety. Stay away!"

The common area had a refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient. The Tower of Pisa was within walking distance of the accommodation, making it a great place to visit."
