"The room facilities are average, there is no kettle, but another hotel near the Leaning Tower of Pisa has one. Just like the hotel in Siena, if you want hot water, you can boil a kettle immediately, and you have to go down and bring it up yourself. The service in Siena is more old-fashioned, and the front desk is very polite to bring up the white porcelain kettle and two matching porcelain cup trays.
The location is close to the train station, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport.
The air conditioner is broken, but fortunately it was warm that day and it was ignored. The room upstairs makes a lot of noise when walking at night. The room given is not very good, and it feels a bit different. Anyway, it's just a one-night stay. I didn't eat breakfast.
Pisa is a good town, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere."

TTravelling travellerWe loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

HHaiyoulixiangThe location is very good, you can indeed see the leaning tower on the balcony. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one moved. I took a fruit with my hand and found that the second half was moldy.

Uuyuyou_服務很好，環境也很安靜漂亮，窗外的海景以及船隻真的太美了，隔天早上我們還到了飯店得海灘上遊玩，雖然有點遠需要開車，但是它有提供免費得遮陽傘以及躺椅，真的非常值得。但早餐的部分相對簡單，沒有什麼特別的～

SSea153I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that.
The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower.
I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. I will share about this hotel on my blog about Pisa.

PPrincess_MIAIt is located an hour's walk from the train station, so it took about 30 minutes to get to the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the accommodation. Other in-house services were excellent. They were considerate of pre-check-in and check-out.
And the surroundings of the accommodation were quiet, so there was no noise at night.
