Questo hotel è veramente molto bello e curato. Il servizio è attento a ogni minima richiesta: qualunque cosa ti serva, lo staff è sempre disponibile ad aiutarti con gentilezza e professionalità. Ho soggiornato come viaggiatore singolo e ho scelto una camera singola standard, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalle dimensioni, decisamente più ampie rispetto alle classiche singole. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. L’ubicazione è semplicemente fantastica: uscendo dal portone principale ci si trova subito in Piazza dei Miracoli, con la Torre di Pisa e il Duomo proprio di fronte. La stazione dei treni dista circa 23 minuti a piedi; considerando che viaggiavo con una valigia da 10 kg, il passo era un po’ rallentato, ma il percorso è piacevole e permette di ammirare il bellissimo paesaggio nei dintorni dell’hotel. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano moltissimi ristoranti, bar e negozi di souvenir, rendendo la zona vivace e comodissima. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Absolutely stubbing! Our best hotel for this Europe trip of 2 weeks. Huge room, huge toilet with rain shower. Great hospitality and perfect location near the train station as well. Walking distance to attractions and nice restaurants. Well done!

Everything is good and great history of the Hotel and Anna being the wife of General Gabriala and except that there is only stairs leading to the hotel rooms, if you have big luggage that would be a bit difficult for transporting all luggage’s in and out. But the river view and the cleanliness compensated everything.

Love the location. We were able to see the leaning tower from the room!! Classic interior design but it was clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful as well. Would be perfect if there’s a lift in the building, visitor will heavy carriage must consider this if you are staying in the attic room. But I will definitely stay with Villa Tower Inn if I visit Pisa again.

The room allocated was not the room booked. I had booked a double with a couple (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double bed sofa. I was answered that it was the site Trip.com that I gave the wrong information and that the room could not be There was no discount on the fact that one of us was sick just before we left could not be there. The room was in a very nice location with a horrible view of the park in the rear of the hotel, but we didn't take care of it for a night. Service: It was alright, just one young man with swollen hands. He was the one who checked us in, got us slippers, fetched water, arranged the extra bed, and checked us out. I guess he owns the whole hotel... Facilities: There aren't many other options in this small place. Food: Breakfast is a must. After eating one serving, there wasn't any more food available. Just eat whatever's available.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Continental per una notte il 16 agosto e ho trovato la mia esperienza mista. Sebbene sia un hotel a 4 stelle, ho notato alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di una ristrutturazione. Posizione e servizi: La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente un punto a favore, essendo direttamente sul mare e dotato di una grande piscina. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un inconveniente riguardo al servizio in spiaggia. Non mi era stato comunicato che era disponibile solo fino alle 12:00 del giorno seguente. Questo dettaglio è stato svelato dalla bagnina, che mi ha informato che avrei dovuto pagare per una mezza giornata se avessi voluto rimanere in spiaggia fino alle 16:00, quando ho dovuto lasciare la struttura. Camera e pulizia: La camera era piuttosto piccola e ho notato che i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi, il che non ha contribuito a una buona impressione al mio arrivo. Colazione: La colazione era nella media e, sebbene non avessi molte alternative disponibili, l'ho trovata abbastanza buona per iniziare la giornata. Prezzo: Infine, il prezzo che ho pagato per una sola notte mi è sembrato piuttosto elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti, soprattutto considerando che stavo cercando un soggiorno più accessibile. In conclusione, l’Hotel Continental ha un buon potenziale grazie alla sua posizione, ma ci sono aspetti che necessitano di miglioramenti significativi per giustificare il prezzo e le aspettative di un hotel a 4 stelle. Spero che la gestione prenda in considerazione questi suggerimenti per offrire un'esperienza migliore in futuro.
