Beautiful, old building very centrally located.
Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance.
Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly!
I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean!
Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use.

"We had a very pleasant stay here! The host Verdiana was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The room facilities are very modern and brand new. A huge plus was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, we are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend it!"

"The room is quite big, with some historical traces and chairs and stools for resting, but the bathroom is outside the room. The bathroom is exclusive and has its own room number, so you will meet the occupants of another room when entering and leaving. This is a service apartment. The whole house belongs to the landlord. There are two rooms on each floor. There is a pantry on each floor that provides water, juice, packaged bread, sauce, etc., even if you don't pay extra for breakfast. If the landlord is present, you can pay the city tax when you check in. If the landlord is not present, you will need to leave city tax cash tied to the room. The location is close to the airport and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the central station."

"The location is very good, you can indeed see the leaning tower on the balcony. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one moved. I took a fruit with my hand and found that the second half was moldy."

GgujianmiIt should be considered a homestay. The door is usually closed and a bit hard to find. It is opposite the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The Leaning Tower is right outside the gate. Some rooms should be able to see the Leaning Tower. We booked a room facing the atrium. The room is small and cozy. We can take pictures of the Leaning Tower when we go out at 8 o'clock in the morning. There are no tourists yet.

GGuest UserHotel is good, it was half empty and the placed us right in the middle of a teenager group trip. Reception didn't seem to care about the noise or the door slammed even a speaker with music till 12 pm. Had to wake up early to go to the airport but i wasn't necessary because neither of us slept😪.

CClairmaThe location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.
