Brilliant location and great rooftop views We stayed here for a short family trip to Pisa and the location was excellent — really close to the Leaning Tower and easy for exploring the main sights on foot. The rooftop bar was one of the best parts of the stay, with great views across Pisa and towards the tower. It was a really nice place to relax in the evening after sightseeing. The hotel worked really well for a short city break and we’d happily stay here again, especially for the location and rooftop terrace.

Perfect location for visiting the Square of Miracles. Reception staff very helpful and engaging. Breakfast was adequate (scrambled eggs could be better) however no engagement from staff. Shocked that a four star hotel had no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Shower cubicle tiny - be prepared. Decor dated but clean.

We had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Duomo. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and other main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop terrace offered lovely views of the city. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Pisa.

The hotel is very comfortable, a bit dated but has everything you need. The location is unique, just 3 minutes from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Breakfast is simple but does the job. The staff speak French and were very helpful with parking the car. However, the parking spot recommended by the hotel isn't safe; we met a family who had just found their car with a broken window and their belongings stolen. I recommend parking on the parallel street to the hotel and paying for it through the hotel. Overall, it was decent, I recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location and generally very clean and tidy. To be honest breakfast was ok but a bit boring (continental breakfast). The shower curtain in room 127 was cut in half (poorly) and allowed water to spray all over the bathroom floor. Every day we had to use our towels to mop up the water. The shower head was generally blocked therefore water sprayed everywhere. Upon leaving the hotel it was disappointing not to have a facility for a shower before we go to the airport. Most hotels offer this facility and I would expect this as a given.

Excellent location in central pisa, ＜5 minute walk from the leaning tower. Terrace view available. Classy hotel However mini-fridge and AC in room didn't work. Breakfast was ok, continental style with a few warm items e.g. scrambled eggs. Coffee machine & fruit juices machine were excellent though.
