Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own.

Being a first time business traveller to Italy and Pisa ,it was a wonderful journey , the hotel receptionist can speak English , hence is easy for us to communicate with them . Pros : - Is a strategic location during the stay in Pisa , 15 min walk to leaning tower of Pisa . -Big applause to the receptionist Ms Tamara . She was very helpful , attentive and friendly during our stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno , she guide us to use the train from Pisa to Cinque terre, and lead us the direction to leaning tower of Pisa .The view of cinque terre was magnificent! -Other than that she helps us arrange taxi to airport and to my client office . - she was patient to answer all the request and question given by us . -The buffet breakfast was excellent , many selection of choice . Cons - there is no complimentary for mineral water during the stay . - the hotel was near to the railway station , hence you will easily hear the noise from outside however for me is fine with it . -the water heater can be improve . conclusion : If I ever come back again to Pisa, Italy , I will definitely choose this hotel again .

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station and a 20-minute walk from the Pisa Tower. From here to the tower there is a very bustling and beautiful shopping area. This is an old, ancient hotel, which has been renovated inside and the toilet area. The rooms are clean, with simple amenities. The elevator is a bit old, the furniture is a bit old. The breakfast is great and quite rich, equivalent to the quality of a 4-star hotel. For the price and what you get, I rate this hotel as worthy of 5 stars ++, the hotel has met most of the basic needs, with a great location, an above-expected breakfast and an affordable price.

Location is excellent,just 2 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Breakfast was amazing and the Bar is great too. The rooftop view of the Leaning tower is mind-blowing. The receptionist had called a cab for me to go to the airport and it came on time. There is no fan or aircon in the room. Overall will recommended stay at this hotel.

I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that. The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower. I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. It’s an old hotel, we stayed at a Quadruple room. Room size is ok for us. But everything is old, besides, one younger staff (around 40-50 years old) with not welcoming attitude which felt no good. And the rest staffs are ok. The breakfast was good but without ham/bacon or any eggs. Next time I would prefer to stay at NH Pisa, maybe with 10-20€ higher but should be more modernized

The hotel is located in the heart of Keith Haring, near the train station and in front of the wall. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room is the smallest in which I have been in all my life, literally bed and the right step to pass, but the bathroom was refurbished and everything was clean. The location is very convenient, just outside the walls of Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa. There is a McDonald's downstairs. It is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Pisa train station (not Pisa Central Station). It is suitable for arriving late and leaving early to stay overnight and experience the Leaning Tower of Pisa day and night. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases up the stairs. There is a rooftop where you can see the city wall. The facilities are acceptable.

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. I was hesitant to book because of that, but I'm glad I chose this place. It's literally right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and a lot of great restaurants. It's worth a nights stay considering the price is much less than many other places in Pisa and it's hard to beat the location. There is parking relatively near by for a fee. The place may be dated, but it's a bed with nice air condition and you can do all you need just a few steps from the door. I highly recommend it and would return in the future. There's an elevator as well, which in Europe seems to be a luxury.
