Very pleasant experience once again. Very friendly staff, and very good rooms.

Perfect location by the river. Short walk to everything! A bit dated (and the beds could defenately be better), but with tons of charm and old history. Almost like a museum in its self. If i ever should come back to Pisa, i would love to stay at this hotel again.

Great location right next to the train station and was walking distance to get the shuttle to the airport. Great Value for money. Had trouble with water pressure in the shower on first day then had no hot water for shower the 2nd day. It was about a 20min walk to the leaning tower of pisa.

The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly and patient. They help us to print boarding pass and call taxi to the airport. However, the room is small, which doesn’t fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. It takes a 20mins walk to pisa tower which is okay.

This hotel is over my expectations!! Highly recommend to stay here when you visit Milan. - Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the Plazza del Duomo, many good restaurants on the same street, a carrefour express opposite to hotel entrance if you want to buy any essentials - The rooftop open to in-house guest are 100% plus, you can capture the key landmarks in one picture - Staff are nice and helpful if you need a taxi to train station or airport - Room is big and clean, however the water pressure is too big and hard to control - Breakfast is fair as it’s included, could have added more hot items

The room is simple but clean. The service is good. The bed was split into two single beds as requested. The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the train station, less than 10 minutes' walk away. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is also not far away, more than 20 minutes' walk away.

Just a small problem with the air conditioning in the room which I didn't quite understand the system of, otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel is located in the heart of Keith Haring, near the train station and in front of the wall. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room is the smallest in which I have been in all my life, literally bed and the right step to pass, but the bathroom was refurbished and everything was clean. I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that. The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower. I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. The location is very convenient, just outside the walls of Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa. There is a McDonald's downstairs. It is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Pisa train station (not Pisa Central Station). It is suitable for arriving late and leaving early to stay overnight and experience the Leaning Tower of Pisa day and night. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases up the stairs. There is a rooftop where you can see the city wall. The facilities are acceptable.
