I had the most unforgettable stay at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days – it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the sheer beauty of the place. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with breathtaking terraces that open up to a stunning view of the lake surrounded by majestic mountains. It’s the kind of view you never get tired of. Our room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully organized – everything you’d want for a peaceful, comfortable stay. The pool area was another highlight: spacious, relaxing, with a cozy bar right there. Two charming bartenders made sure we always had everything we needed, adding to the laid-back yet luxurious vibe of the space. The breakfast that came included with our stay was absolutely delicious – a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that changed slightly each day. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to every morning. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. I can’t say enough good things about them. It genuinely feels like they never sleep – always present, always smiling, always ready to help. They went above and beyond for us more than once. They helped us arrange tickets, gave advice on what to do around the area, and even booked a spa appointment for me at an external salon (not their own!) and made sure I got a discount there. The day we had to check out, we needed to leave early – at 6:40 AM – and even though breakfast officially starts at 6:30, they had everything ready by 6:10 just for us. They even called to remind us, handed over our bus tickets, and packed generous lunch boxes at no extra charge. That level of care is something I’ll never forget. Truly a five-star experience in every sense – I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, making the stay even more enjoyable. clean and comfy. Perfect spot to relax, plus it’s close to everything you need. Definitely recommend it!

This is an excellent hotel. The premises are modern and are elegantly designed. There is pleasant garden with a large pool and a poolside bar and cafe. My room was very comfortable, with a good bed, a desk with expansive space, two armchairs, a coffee table, a closet, a coffee maker, and a room safe. The bathroom is excellent with walk-in shower and good complimentary toiletries. The food in the restaurant and cafe was very good; the menu offers both local and international dishes. A special feature of this hotel is the professionalism and competence of the management. They make you feel personally welcome, and their attitude permeates the hotel in the courtesy and helpfulness of the entire staff. A lot of European and American hotels could learn a lot here in Pokhara, about how to run a superb hotel!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! My 7 nights here were nothing short of extraordinary. Temple Himalaya Hotel and Spa truly delivers a 5-star experience, making it the best in Pokhara. The rooms were supremely comfortable, the showers spacious and perfectly hot, and the housekeeping team exceeded all expectations with their impeccable service. A special shoutout to Renu, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my needs were remarkable—she’s a true gem in the team! Kudos as well to Pooja and Bipin for their outstanding service and ever-present smiles that brightened every interaction. The breakfast team also deserves a standing ovation for their exceptional hospitality and flawless service. Hotel exceptionnel , un havre de paix à Pokhara. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le personnel est adorable , à l 'écoute , disponible et de bons conseils pour les excursions .
