The staff was very polite and friendly. They also gave us welcome watermelon juice and stored our luggage. It was very nice. The disadvantage was that the hotel seemed to be under renovation and it was full of noise.

I visited this hotel in 2018. It is a nice hotel, big and confortable rooms. Very good location near the lake and near a lot of restaurants and shops. We have an inconvenience staying here. One night at 3 am while sleeping, a man came into the room from the balcony and robbed some of our stuff. We made the police complaint. At first he is caught by the hotel camaras walking down the hallway of our floor. Then, he enters from outside (balcony). So PLEASE! Check that your windows and balcony door are closed. If the locks are damaged and do not close correctly as ours, I recommend you to ask for another room. It was not a first floor, and the man entered anyway. Without taking that into account, I recommend the hotel. Nice food and breakfast, spacious room, and very good location.

The hotel located a short distance from the main street of the Lakeside district offers convenient stay close to the heart of the town and tourist life of Pokhara. The hotel is good in its class. The reception staff are very helpful, professional and competent. The hotel offers services of guided tours, rental of cars and assistance to travelers in ticketing and booking. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast is included but the breakfast choice is rather limited and despite the fact that a large proportion of the guests are Europeans the breakfast offered is suitable for Asian tastes with very little for other tastes. Generally the hotel met our expectations.

All the staff in the hotel are very welcoming, there are two Chinese speakers, the location is good, you can walk to Lake Fava to row boat or walk on the lakeside commercial street, there is also a very hot net red restaurant fresh elaments near the hotel, taste good to try. The hotel is fully equipped, cleaned very clean, there is a terrace on each floor, you can see the paragliding every day on the opposite mountain top, and you can also see a little snowy mountain. The double room we booked was great, the hot water and air conditioning were very good, but the single room facilities were relatively old, the air conditioning was not hot, Hot water is not good. Breakfast is not bad, the coffee provided is very good, you can choose a lot of types, the staff will actively and enthusiastically take care of and ask, but a little bit does not feel very good, it will be recommended to play items at breakfast, it is recommended that breakfast time is not better to disturb the guests.

After a two week tre this hotel met our needs perfectly: clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, good breakfast with polite and efficient service. Excellent value at off-season rates. Our guide recommended this hotel and we followed this because we had not any research because we did not plan to visit Pokhara. It was a very good choice and I would return. Although an uninspiring modern building from the outside, we were quite impressed during our two nights here. The hotel including the room was very clean. The room was quite spacious; plenty of room for clothes and bags. The beds were comfortable and the linen spotless. The air conditioning worked very well - a necessity in Pokhara during August, I think. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of items which were reasonably well-cooked and warm enough - fried eggs were good, not 'rubbery' as so often is the case. The coffee was OK but at least it was unlimited. The location, close to Lakeside Road, is convenient for restaurants and shops and walking to the lake. The staff were polite though there was limited interaction with them because it was a smooth stay with no issues to discuss. If you are looking for a traditionally-built Nepali hotel with lots of carved wood and an ambience to match, then this isn't it. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, fully-functional place to stay this may well suit your needs. The twin-room with breakfast cost $22 per night - I could easily spend this on a leisurely breakfast in a cafe - excellent value.

The hotel facilities are not new, but the sanitation is still very clean. The best thing is the service. The front desk restaurant, the security room, and the airport pick-up driver are very good at communicating in English and have a good attitude. The hotel is on a small hill in the direction of the Himalayas from the urban area. The room has a direct view of the mountains. The sheep and chickens raised by the neighbor next door to the hotel entrance are very cute. Surrounded by local people's residences, very quiet. The food in the hotel restaurant is good and tastes good. The massage lady is very good.
