"What you would expect from Travel lodge. 2 pints of *tella for £7 in their happy hour(s) 17:00 - 19:00 My toilet flush & sink drain was dodgy but nothing to complain about. Rported to reception when leaving & note was taken. CAR PARKING.... MAKE SURE IT'S DONE CORRECTLEY, LAST STAY HAD THE PARKING COMPANY DO ME OVER EVEN WITH PROOF OF BOOKING!!"

"Ongoing room refurbishment work at holes bay premier inn is no excuse for the disgusting state of the property around the reception and restaurant parking area. There are no excuses for the grime and dirt on windows, plastic bags and bottles in the flower/ shrub beds. The exterior door to our room corridor location had paint or bird droppings all over the glass. It would take 10 minutes to remove. The litter was awful, the refurbishment appeared to be the complete other side of the building so condition around reception and restaurant are cannot be excused. The place was grubby and unwelcoming compared to previous visits a couple of years back. Wont be staying there again."

"Excellent one night stay . Room clean tidy and excellent aircon . I arrived early evening and parking wasn’t an issue. Restaurant booked me in for dinner with only minimal waiting time . Complements to the chefs as the prawn cocktail and mixed grill were some of the best I’ve had in years . Would definitely stay again"
