I arrived at the hotel, they didn't process my payment and they wanted me to swipe my card again to settle in with my family. Terrible reception service and I advise you to see the trip because they didn't identify a payment transfer... very embarrassing. Zero rating for the trip and the hotel. I had to deny the payment and demand that you see it back to you. Summary: I was really upset!
