This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. I like the place and space. I believe that daily cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Although it is located in the center of Porto Alegre, there is no noise. Guests respect the noise limit in the corridors. The hotel offers covered parking, an excellent breakfast and very clean and tidy rooms. The reception staff are super attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it!

For those who like American hotels, you will love it. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the hotel: because it is large (10th floor), everything has to be lined up. Take the elevator and eat breakfast. In the early morning, the elevator stops on all floors. If you are placed on the top floor, you must constantly exercise patience. All this is very bad. Although there are free early check-in ads, please forget this option. The hotel is overcrowded and there are always people coming in and out, so I find it difficult to buy. We arrived at the hotel at 12 and couldn't even get in the room. The advantage is that we can put our luggage there and label it because the place where I store them is full. For vegans/vegetarians, breakfast food has many shortcomings, it only has fruit. The cakes are so sweet that you can't taste them at all. Orange juice is unnatural. The rooms/corridors are carpeted. The swimming pool is small, it even looks like a child's. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially on the terrace, some areas are being renovated. There are no most plants in the vegetable garden = ( The sunset view on the terrace is simply beautiful. Very good gym, equipped with all necessary equipment and mirrors. There is a lounge where you can read books, practice yoga, relax, and the decoration is great. The staff are very friendly. We ordered food through the app, and the receptionist received it and called us to let us know it had arrived. Everyone is very patient and willing to help. Every day the cleaner will ask us if we want her to clean the room. It has cable TV, Netflix and globoplay. I think there is a sink in the room, separate garbage (organic and recyclable), microwave oven and air conditioning are good. The room size is very good and very spacious. The shower was great, the water flow was very strong and very hot (if you want).

Amazing stay for family. Reserved the king suite. Which has two separate spaces and a small kitchen. Very large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Wonderful breakfast. Great walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Or very fair Uber ride. A little piece of history in a charming location.

Good hotel, but be aware area is run down. It is safe but a lot of graffiti and homeless.

Reasonable, it was much better. I went with my parents and daughter, I found the room old and the furniture outdated.

The filters indicate that they accept pets, but when we arrived they did not want to receive us with our dog because we told them that he is 12kg, 4 more than they accept. This requirement is not indicated in the application, so I consider it a deception on the part of the hotel that labels **** as pet friendly. In addition to this, the room for four people that we had reserved was not available and they wanted to offer us instead, two separate rooms that can accommodate the same number of people. Another mistake. And to complete this sequence of things that are wrong, the parking lot was full and they told us that we had to leave the car one block away. I don't know where exactly. In the end we couldn't stay here because they didn't accept us, leaving us without a place to stop and with a very bad willingness to help us solve the problem. Awful.

Muito bom! Com garagem e perto do complexo hospital da Santa Casa, é excelente para quem está com familiar internado ali, Rua tranquila e com várias opções de restaurantes, botecos, lavanderia, e muito próximo do centro. Atendimento nota 10. Uma coisa que precisa melhor é o barulho dos ar condicionado para os quartos de fundos, isso incomoda.
