The receptionist, Anna was very friendly and helpful. She taught us how to plan for our holiday and allowed us to check in early as the room is available. The apartment is cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Two queen size beds, and a sofa bed. Water pressure is good. Clean towels are provided. The design of the apartment is modern yet maintaining its origin charm.

Surrounding environment: Downhill is Battle Square, uphill is Freedom Square, and there are countless supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants within 100 meters. Most of the attractions are within an hour's walk (all are mountain roads). The only drawback is that the bathroom has a bit of a smell. I guess this is a common problem in old apartments.
