Top Top Class Hotel. This is an excellent hotel just 500 meters from Porto Sai Bento train station right in the centre of Porto. The staff is exceptionally well trained. The newly built rooms are very spacious and tastefully done. Truly a luxury hotel in every sense. Strongly recommended for all kind of travelers to Porto- holiday or business.

Staff are very caring and try to cater as much as they could.

This hotel deserves its 5 stars! location is right smack in the centre of the city, so you can walk to all sights easily. Service was impeccable - from check in (with a welcome drink of port) to our request for a table to be placed at the balcony outside. Also thanks to the hotel for the complimentary sparkling wine and brownie for our anniversary!

Everything is good, it's great, the location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from Sao Bento train station, the hotel staff are very friendly, the best thing is the breakfast, we stayed for 3 days and didn't get enough, it's much better than the hotel I'm staying in Lisbon now

This hotel was chosen for our honeymoon and it was a great choice. There are many delicious hotels nearby and the restaurant run by the hotel was delicious. It was a bit pricey but I was happy with the price. It was a great experience and I had a perfect day in Porto at a great hotel. The service was also the best.

The hotel is very good, but the door is a bit broken and shaky. Two people dragged two boxes and were a bit tired. The car could not drive up. This hotel is really unexpected. It is the most comfortable place for the whole trip. The room is very large and the service attitude is great. The front desk staff personally sent us to the room. It is a 5-minute walk from the Douro River and a few minutes walk from the church attractions.

This is the hotel where I stayed the longest during this trip to Erya. I stayed for 3 nights in a row. I highly recommend this hotel. The receptionist was handsome and enthusiastic. He introduced the hotel carefully and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.

There are many tourist points around, and they are neatly managed. I couldn't go to the outdoor pool because the weather was cold, but the indoor pool was unexpectedly good.

Rooms with large windows are nice. Some rooms only have skylights, which is not very good.

You can experience many well-reviewed restaurants in the surrounding area. However, because the building itself is quite historical, the internal public area corridors are long and narrow. It is recommended to stay.
