The environment is great, and the facilities are modern. The view in the room is beautiful. The staff are very friendly, but I don’t understand why the room lighting is so dim. Even with all the lights turned on, it still feels quite dark.

Super cozy room and the staff are really friendly. You have tram stops near the hotel so it's really convenient to get around.

They don’t provide room slipper / water etc. please buy beforehand for yourself during the stay.

The hotel is very cool. Stylish, unusual, modern. Lots of free entertainment downstairs. We had dinner in the restaurant once, it was delicious. We got a free upgrade, thank you very much, the view was amazing. Cons: - our room was right at the entrance to the corridor. The corridor is separated from the elevators by a door. This door slammed insanely loudly all day (and at night and early in the morning). It was impossible to sleep. Only on the last day the technician fixed the stoppers. And I had to remind them every evening to prop it up with something. I also worked in hotels, guests did not remind us about problems 10 times. We at least passed on the information on shift. At most, the problem had to be fixed on the first day. - the laundry does not work quickly. I wanted to give a shirt to be ironed in the evening, to which I was told that I would receive it only the following evening. In my opinion, that is too long. At the same time, they brought me an iron to the room, but it is not powerful enough to even iron a T-shirt. - there was no kettle in the room. - and the biggest minus is the lighting in the room. Darkness. In the evening, we looked for the things we needed with flashlights on the phone. Also, I got the impression that the hotel is very developed "sex tourism".

The location is okay, but the hygiene situation is not so good because I found that there were not clean cups left in the bathroom and outside the window. The environment is excellent and the hotel's entertainment facilities are very good.

Good accommodation, beautiful view, cute, easy to travel, parking in front of the hotel.

It was very good. It was great for the price. Rather than something special, it is a place that is faithful to the basics. It was even better because of the shopping mall right in front. Originally, the location was not bad because two tram lines stopped right in front, but unfortunately, when I went, it was under construction and I couldn't use it, so I had to walk for about 10 minutes. Once the construction is finished, the location will be good. It takes about 15 minutes by tram to the old town, which is a tourist attraction, so the location is not bad, it's quiet, and the breakfast is great.

We booked the hotel to watch the Boulder World Cup. The location was simply amazing! We were also very satisfied in other ways. The breakfast was very varied and delicious! We would definitely go back!
