The hotel is not at good location which needs to use MRT as tool to visit old Town areas , I might not choose it if I visit pragua again

The metro runs every 3 minutes so within 5 minutes you can be in the city. Location is just next to the metro stop. We were a bit lost though as the hotel entrance is in the ground level and the second level was more connected with metro. Unfortunately, we need to pay extra to access the gym & pool facilities. Service, room amenities just perfect and spacious. City view from our room was nice.

A bit old-fashioned hotel, but very quiet, opposite the subway entrance, next to Southeast Asian food, very convenient to eat. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and great.

I think this is the best hotel of the same level when I was on a business trip in Europe. It has free water, toiletries, disposable slippers, and they will ask if you want mineral water when you check out.

The room was very cold, the air conditioner was not heating, I smelled a septic tank, the guy who welcomed us in the toilet was like a Nazi, he was not helpful at all, he cut off everything I asked. He was a man in his 50s, unfortunately the hotel is very crowded and not suitable for families.

The service attitude is excellent. The guy at the front desk is handsome and nice. He also gave me a bottle of local wine. The view of the hotel is also good, but this hotel is too old, the facilities are relatively old, and I dare not use the bathtub. For the same price, I recommend the holiday inn next door.
