i got a big room and warm welcome with snacks and good coffee inside the room

Superb location , very near to Florenc bus station , trams & metro . Staff are all very nice . Hotel is clean with nice breakfast . There are two supermarkets nearby . Will definitely stay at hotel mucha if I come back to Prague

The hotel is very, very good. There is a metro stop about 150 metres away. The reception staff is very friendly. Very good cleaning. They provide slippers. It has a hair dryer. The bed is very comfortable with several pillows. It has a coffee maker and tea service in the room. The best thing for me was the fantastic breakfast. It has a lot of variety and also has soy milk which most places in Europe don't have. A great coffee maker and different types of tea for tea lovers like me. Without a doubt my partner and I would return to this hotel.

First of all, it is worthy of praise that the location is very good. It is only one subway stop or 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The most critical issue now is hygiene. There are noticeable white stains on the carpet. The most disgusting and terrifying thing is that there are some hairs from the previous guest on the bed. I guess they may be eyelashes or hair, or hair from certain parts of the human body. I don’t want to go into details. A four-star hotel cannot even provide the most basic hygiene and cleanliness! There was even some plastic trash on the bed! Since I was taking a train to Germany the next day, I didn’t go to the front desk to argue. Friends who see this must not choose this hotel!
