Prague Prague 5 4-star Hotels

I found bedbug on the bed. Room number is 7-115 I spent 3 nights in the hotel and I noticed an insect on the pillow at the first night. I had no idea the insect is a bedbug at that time until I left the hotel and felt itchy. When I was in the airport, I search online what happened . I found that the insect was a bedbug. I also remembered there are several blood mark on the bed sheet. At that time I assured I met with bedbug

Very good hotel. Room and the common area very clean. Good area can walk to everywhere in the city. By the river have a nice view. Staffs are very lovely and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, quality foods. Additional choice of drinks is reasonable price.

Fantastic hotel. Really clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast included too. It's located close to the tram that runs across the river into Old Town and the train station, and a bus stops close by that takes about 50 minutes to/from the airport.

The hotel is great! the only location is far from the center and silence, but trams run to the center almost every minute and at night, to Wenceslas Square for 20 minutes without problems, the stop is right next to the hotel. Cleanliness is just perfect, cleaned every day, everything is snow-white and shiny. The hotel building is old, but after renovation and everything is at the highest level, the interior is beautiful and new. Breakfast is great. We had an improved breakfast room, but on the second day a pipe broke in the room and we were immediately transferred to a family suite, even better, they apologized, they gave us a bottle of champagne and dinner at the hotel’s expense. Well done! If such a hotel was closer to the center of Prague, it would be several times more expensive. For the money, just the perfect hotel. I want to thank the staff and the hotel management for the provided comfort and cleanliness, the main thing is to maintain such a bar. We hope to come back here)

The location is very good. It is near the tram stop and bus stop for the airport. There is a little dust on the sofa and in the nooks of the room. The hair dryer is not very good, if you have long hair you will need at least half an hour to dry it. The management system is not very good, before I checked out, someone knocked and opened my room door at 9 a.m. (check out time is 12 p.m.) I didn't know who it was but I thought it was the housekeeper. However, the receptionist is very nice and you can leave your luggage after checking out.

So I was charged again at the hotel for city tax even though I had paid it already via the app. The hotel insisted on it. And also the Massages isn’t free the should have informed me the fees apply to it so I could have taken that into consideration when booking it. Also I requested my room to be cleaned a couple times and it was left messy for two days before I left. They hotel was very accommodating thought they searched restlessly to find a room suited me. And was very good at directing me despite the language barrier. I was charged over £100 for parking for 4 nights so I wouldn’t recommend parking there.

I had a great stay at the Red and Blue Design Hotel! The facilities are excellent – modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of style and functionality, making my stay truly enjoyable. It’s definitely worthy of its 4-star rating. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped place to stay!

Traffic is rather convenient especially you are traveling with RegioJet bus, the bus stop is walkable to the hotel, also metro is close. Check-in way is a bit confusing, when I arrived there is nobody at the reception and said only certain time will have man in there, so I waited and waited because my SIM card cannot call local telephone. Luckily I saw there is a message saying can be reached out through WhatsApp, that really saved my life. should better inform guests in advance. The most expensive hotel in my trip(from Budapest to Vienna to cesky krumlov), all are private bedrooms, but the price is doubled and without breakfast.

The hotel service is generally okay, but one thing needs improvement: the address on Google Maps needs to be confirmed again, because if you copy it directly to Uber, it will go to the other side.
