The room was big enough and clean, but the facilities were simple. There was no fridge, no wardrobe, just a clothes hanger.

I stayed from 19th July for 3 nights, no AC the room was over 30 degrees, no fans available. Like a hot box, avoid in summer.

Hotel is located next to a busy KFC and McDonalds. Standard premier inn (rooms a bit dated - fault with lighting - storage vomit like smell in corridors of first floor) but some significant issues with heating. It wasn’t particularly warm when we stayed but the heat in the room at night was genuinely oppressive and prevented any of us getting any sleep. This really needs looked at. I’d look elsewhere purely on that basis if you are looking for sleep.

Stayed at this hotel lately and whilst the service in the hotel from madison was second to none, the service and the food next door for breakfast and dinner was extremely disappointing. The manager with the short black hair needs retrained as she looked like a rabbit in the headlights. Never been the same since they changed everything about last year.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel. However I just wanted to say how kind the receptionist was last night at around 630pm. She was awesome. We had a good chat about my visit to Celtic park. It was lovely. Thank you

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, breakfast good except for burnt hard bacon. Would recommend and stay there again.
