Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

A nice and quiet hotel, only a bit cold at night. It is just a few streets from the zocalo in a bit more quiet area. Everything was fine.

The environment is very good, very close to the place of business trip, very convenient nearby, there are convenience stores and shopping malls, the business district is also very safe, and the waiter is very good. The sheets are very clean.

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with modern finishes. I spent very little time there because I only used it to get to sleep; However, everything was very good. Breakfast is included, and although it is nothing outstanding, it seems adequate to me. Overall, the hotel is quite well maintained and very clean looking. Widely recommended.
