Hampton Inn & Suites Pueblo-Southgate Reviews

This property was very convenient to the purpose for my trip to Pueblo. The. breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly.

The lady at the front desk was rude and initially would not honor our ******* reservation. She said we should have used the Hampton app to be sure to get a room, not a third party app. Our room was hot and there was a tear in the ceiling drywall that was about a foot in length.

Lady at front desk over charge my cards three different times. I was splitting the bill with someone and she kept charging for full amount. She also charge my card to reserve the room witch was a double charge. Be careful about staying here because the front desk is incompetent!!!

Very nice and clean. Tammy at check-in was great. Genevieve (room cleanliness) was also terrific.

Good stay overall. Water leak in closet soaked my work clothes. These things happen but it was a challenge to get ready for my presentation at the community college in the morning.

Toilet made noise throughout the night, flushing sound There was a wet order in the room

More breakfast choices, ice machines working on every floor..over all a Great Stay..Thank you

The room smelled musty, but looked clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool area needs updating and sprucing up, but has so much potential! The hot tub was unusable and some chairs were broken. With some updates this hotel would be excellent.

I enjoyed the stay but I love using hot tubs at hotels and theirs was broken which I was disappointed.

Easy access from highway. Places nearby to get food. Comfortable beds and shower had great pressure!

After getting home we discovered that we were charged for the 2 nights that had already be paid for through *******. Have been uable to get satisfactory answer or refund of overcharge. Credit card shows 2 separate charges for the 2 nights we spent. Kitchen amenities were somewhat lacking, fridge & microwave were nice, but stove was in bad shape and cutlery was minimal. No plug in the sink for washing and the disposal had something stuck in it so could not use. Room was clean and orderly and nice size.

Very clean place. Wi-Fi was down for a bit, but was restored. Awesome breakfast too.

The phone charging port did not work but everything else was great
