I recently stayed at the Costa Sal Lanzarote with my family for a 10 days. We had a lovely time. The apartment - we actually had two apartments because they didn't have a two bedroom apartment - was very well appointed, clean, lovely beds, lovely shower, plenty of towels, plenty of hot water, complimentary shampoo and shower gel (small amount). The apartments are substantial with decent furniture not like some of the cheap furniture you come across an apartment complexes. One of the apartments looked out to the café - it was right outside our door and every day from about 12 till about five they played pop music which wasn't great and would usually be a dealbreaker for me but it was reasonably low and it wasn't boom boom boom type of stuff so if you're looking for a very quiet pool area this is something to bear in mind. The pool itself is beautiful and heated which was a nice touch - very clean, plenty of beds and umbrellas, cleaned every morning there was also a lifeguard present which is great for families with small children. We could also get towels for the pool which could be changed every two days which was really useful. We didn't use the restaurant but we did have one meal in the café and he wasn't bad althoug a bit expensive. Very quiet at night. All in all a place I would highly recommend especially for families. During peak times the place is bustling and lively which may not suit everyone. The staff were friendly and the service was good. We did have a couple of minor issues on the day of our arrival. The Wi-Fi in one of the apartments would not work, the tap in the kitchen sink was only a trickle and the towel rack outside the apartment was broken. All of these issues were resolved within 24 hours. On the subject of Wifi it was only so so but could be accessed all over the pool area as well as the apartment. We would certainly go back and would recommend.
