Casas Heddy, Well-Being Resort

Lovely welcome on arrival, all staff super pleasant. The room was basic but really clean and our balcony was a great plus and was private. The pool was so nice and warm. Breakfast choices were fantastic. We also ate lunch at the pool bar and that was really nice too. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to put a small mirror on the desk in the room as the floor remains wet in bathroom so you have to stand on wet floor to do hair or make up. (Not moaning just a suggestion) we would definitely return and possibly have some treatments next time. Thank you Casas Heddy 😊

A lovely tranquil location just a 15minute walk downhill to the Old Town (takes a bit longer back uphill). The accommodation is extremely clean and our room was set up as a twin, with a fridge, kettle and desk. The bathroom was fitted for people with disabilities which meant a lot of water on the floor after showering. It was difficult to then not walk water back through the bedroom. This was a minor niggle. Breakfast was included in stay and a huge selection was on offer. The only complaint would be that the hot breakfast was not particularly hot, although the staff are aware of this and hope that this will be rectified following their upcoming refurb. The staff we encountered were all lovely and the grounds are very well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'll start with the positives Staff are very friendly and helpful Hotel grounds/reception immaculate Pool heated large Quiet and tranquil 10 mins or so walk into old town, I didn't think walk back was too bad, but that depends on your mobility. Now the not so positives Room 2.5 star tops very very basic We stayed other side of lanzorote same time last year, and our 3 star hotel knocked spots off this one. For the same dates and price. At Breakfast cold food, newly replenished beans and mushrooms were cold. Those heat lamps do not keep the food items hot!! Please please Casas Heddy get a microwave. Heard a few people at breakfast moan about their food being cold.

I'm in a wheelchair as I have multiple sclerosis stop. I choose this resort because it is highly recommended for people with mobility issues. It's in a quiet location, not for party goers. But it was brilliant. Accessible chalets, pool with a ramp, and fab staff. I highly recommend Marianne the physio. I'll be back as soon as possible!

We are a British couple who booked our stay for a week away from Work and to re charge. We were a little unsure what the hotel and facilities would be like and had never stayed in Lanzarote before Tenerife being our usual canary island. Casa Heady was a perfect escape! The hotel itself is a lovely size and quiet. Our room had all we needed with a lovely balcony with loungers, clothes airer and a table. We could just see the sea and sunrise. The beds were a little 'simplistic' and I would suggest an upgrade on the frams/ base. We had 2 singles. The pool is lovely, immaculately clean and has a beautiful pool bar, outdoors kitchen and dining. All staff are very friendly with lots of smiles! Breakfast is AMAZING!! Excellent selection and unlimited. The seating areas are great and, again, staff wonderful. We booked a massage each via the booking system which was a welcomed treat. There is a fully equipped gym and again all modern and very clean! Location was perfect for us, we enjoyed the walk down to the old town each night for dinner and catching a sunset at a bar. Lots of fabulous resturants to choose from!!! We certainly felt relaxed and were pleased we had come across the hotel. It almost seems understated. (Couple in our 40s)

I have just returned from a 10 night stay at Casas Heddy and after a bit of a difficult start due to the room we had been given which was nothing like the website description and had a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the aircon not working. We asked to be moved after one night and this was arranged by a lovely lady on reception (Nersa…I hope I am spelling your name correctly). We were shown the room and a lot happier. The pool area was brilliant as was them pool, lovely temperature. Always plenty of sun beds to be had. All of the hotel staff were lovely but a big shout out goes to Osama and another lovely young man (his name escapes me) but he was so cheerful and seemed to love his job. They both worked the pool bar most days and did a great job. Breakfast was good lots of fruit and yogurts which I love. Had the barbecue on the Saturday night and it was great. The walk into town takes about 15-20 mins and is all downhill but we had no problem with this and walked it every day and night. Thank you for a lovely stay.
