The hotel rooms are located on the 12th-16th floors of a mixed-use building, and you can access the upper floors even without swiping your card in the elevator. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's quite refined, and the laundry room facilities are also decent."

"We made a last-minute booking and the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and even had a living room – perfect for a get-together with friends! The service was excellent and the amenities were comprehensive. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, and they even provided eye masks, dental floss, earplugs, makeup remover wipes, and hair ties in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The value for money was exceptional! The room had two TVs, so the kids could watch cartoons while the adults chatted and had a drink in the living room. The TVs even had streaming subscriptions. The air conditioning was powerful and the internet speed was great! We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the front desk quickly resolved them for us. We were very satisfied! Overall, our stay was fantastic and we'll definitely be back ~"
