GGuest UserNot bad, recommended 👍I stayed here for four or five days when I came back from an exam with my kids at home. The environment is nice. There is a rest area in the lobby downstairs with bookshelves and many books. The kids were reviewing, and I also read for a few days. Hahaha. Before coming, I called the staff to help reserve a quieter room. The service was good and they upgraded the room for free. I stayed for two days and was very comfortable, so I extended it again. The room was very quiet and basically everything you need was prepared. The service was in place 👍It is also convenient to go out for a walk and eat. I ate the local specialties recommended by the front desk for a few days. I didn't disappoint them and they were delicious. But I didn't have time to enjoy the scenery. I ate so much hahaha. I'll come back for a few days at the end of the summer vacation to walk around and take a look. I will stay here again!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is comfortable, and the various configurations are novel and complete. The room itself is very cost-effective! The staff also have a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple. Another thing is that the hotel rooms are only on the 5th and 6th floors, while the 3rd and 4th floors are Vienna International (it is said that both floors belong to the same owner). The hotel elevator is not exclusive and feels a bit messy, which is a flaw! But the hotel itself is rare in Puning, and the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory!

SSinnnnnnnHotel facilities: I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I almost fell barefoot. There are rubber slippers, but my shoes probably got soaked and smelled, so I didn't wear them. The front desk service greeted me warmly, which is not available in other hotels at this price. I especially like the foot soaking service. I drove all day and was exhausted. I came back to the hotel and took a bath and soaked my feet comfortably. There is a charging station at the door of the hotel, which is very friendly and convenient for friends who take trams. The breakfast variety is relatively simple, but it's pretty good, but pay attention to the non-slip service in the bathroom!

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch.
The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.

TTangtang05Booked to watch Yingge Dance, the location is right next to People's Park, booked early and the price is OK, the room location and view are OK, the surrounding area is all tricycles with local characteristics, which is good, but it's a pity that there are no shared battery cars, otherwise you can ride a donkey to go wherever you want, the hotel front desk is very enthusiastic

MM45927****The breakfast was such a delightful surprise, Shantou breakfast is truly divine! A long row of specialty side dishes neatly arranged, paired with smooth local congee – there were so many options it was hard to choose. It really captured the authentic Shantou flavor!
The room was clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive! They even gave me a free room upgrade and recommended delicious food and fun attractions around the hotel. It was a wonderful trip!
