GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations and must be five-star praise! The hotel is conveniently located, and travel and dining are very convenient. The front desk service is warm and professional, the check-in is fast and efficient, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and you sleep well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, the supplies are complete, and the details are in place. The public area is clean and elegant, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The overall price is very high, the service, health, facilities are impeccable, and the living is safe and comfortable. It is suitable for business trips or travel, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe service attitude of Qiantu was lazy. As a business trip, I didn't know the local food and beverage. Qiantu didn't know anything and was too lazy to answer. In addition, the deposit was understandable, but the other front desk staff, who was not sure whether he was the store manager or the boss, started to speak like a machine gun and didn't let anyone speak. Finally, the hygiene was poor, the walls were dirty, the toilet was not wiped dry, there was a lot of dust in various areas, and there were mosquitoes in the room.

The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me with recommendations for many great food spots near Puning. The room was very clean and quiet at night since it didn't face the main road. However, it's directly opposite a shopping center. The internet was fast. Free and convenient parking was available right downstairs. It was easy to rent an electric scooter to go out for food. The hotel also has a free laundry room. The cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) place near the hotel was delicious, and their chili sauce was very fragrant! The front desk even helped me with a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The room rate was also very reasonable. I'll definitely be back to Puning to eat again next time.

GGuest UserThe room was much smaller than expected and the sound insulation was poor. The bathroom equipment is not good enough to see the wall. There is no paper towel next to the toilet and no location for the mobile phone. The bed is strange to the mirror

GGuest UserThe stay experience is great! The location of the hotel is excellent and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the night was good. The bathroom is dry and wet, and the supplies are high-end. The service is even more intimate, smiling service from check-in to check-out, responsive. Very good value for money, will choose next time, highly recommended!
