Hotel Balsa Inn
"Ideal for middle-income groups, the accommodation is located in the city center and the staff are warm and friendly."
Hotel Hacienda Puno Centro Histórico
"Good WiFi in room. Windows (occluded) open to internal corridor. Hairdryer. Heater. Bathtub. Spare blankets. Located Old Town Area. Created from a characteristic colonial era building Two nights as part of group tour bookending a one night stay on the Lake."
Tierra Viva Puno Plaza
"Hotel Ripping Off Meal Charges; On the day of my stay, after checking in, I was about to go out for dinner when the front desk staff strongly recommended the Horel restaurant. I looked at the menu and had a meal there worth 120 soles. (Two Lomo dishes costing 50 soles, the most expensive item on the menu, and two bottles of the cheapest beer costing 10 soles.) When I went to pay after the meal, they kept asking for my room number, so I gave it to them. The next morning, when I checked out and went to pay, they demanded 409 soles. When I asked why the bill was so high since I ate at the restaurant and not room service, they explained that even though I ate at the restaurant, it counts as room service, and because it was dinner time, an additional charge of over 33 soles was added. I was dumbfounded and couldn't understand it, so I felt very upset."
Sol Plaza Hotel
"The room is large and the facilities are aging but it does not affect normal use. The hotel is very close to Puno Plaza de Armas and is convenient for travel. In addition, the front desk provides oxygen service, which costs ten yuan per time."
Hostal Sariri
"He gave me the best 5th floor room with a view, but Lake Titicaca is at a glance. .It was hard when I climbed the stairs, so I gave me a coca tea and thanks to the kind people, I took a pleasant rest ~~ ^^"
Casa Andina Standard Puno
"Great meal and great service - especially from Abel whose recommendations were spot on!!"
Qelqatani Hotel
"Charming hotel located between Pino Park and Plaza de Armas, away from traffic, offering absolute peace and quiet at night. A very charming and friendly welcome. Pleasant, clean, and spacious rooms with luggage storage and a heater! Very comfortable bedding with warm blankets. Clean bathroom. Hot water. Hairdryer available upon request. Breakfast buffet. It includes the basics (bread, eggs, avocado, cheese, fruit juice, coffee/tea/milk), and pancakes. The only downside is the lack of variation from day to day. Very good value for money considering the loyalty benefits applied to this reservation."
Pukara House
"Room – Very cold, with heating available only four hours per day. Poor cleaning standards and an unpleasant odor. Staff – Unhelpful and unfriendly. They provide misleading information, for example promising heating throughout the night but turning it off in the evening. Communication is poor and interactions often feel rude. Breakfast – 1/5. Low quality and not enjoyable. Lobby – Cold and unwelcoming. Location – Unfavorable, with the surrounding street in poor condition and an unpleasant smell."
Lake Titicaca Hotel
"It's a really great hotel very good value for money. The rooms are big, clean and warm. You even have an extra heater. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with a large choice. We stayed 3 nights and ate all the time in the restaurant which was really good. You can see the kitchen through its big glass windows, its super clean and all the food is freshly prepared. There is a large choice on the menu. The Internet is very good in the common space and there is a fire where you can sit which is so nice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. One of the best places we stayed in Peru !"

Hotel Puno Terra
"Close to city center, warm room, fast wifi. simple breakfast but that's typical for Peru"
Titicaca EcoLux
Mirador del Titikaka
"Located high on a hill overlooking the City of Puno and part of Lake Titicaca, this hotel offers one of the most breathtaking settings. Arriving after dark we saw the sparkling city lights below created an unforgettable first impression. The reception area feels like a small fancy alpine ski lodge, beautifully furnished and decorated with tasteful local touches that give the entire property a warm Andean atmosphere. The views from both our room and the lobby were simply spectacular. Our room was outstanding, very clean and thoughtfully designed. The service and food throughout our stay was excellent. One of the highlights was the well-marked walking path around the property, offering stunning panoramic views at every turn. We also loved the alpacas on-site that allowed us to pet them and take photos. We truly fell in love with this hotel and only wish we had more time to relax and fully enjoy this remarkable property."
GHL Hotel Lago Titicaca
"There were some nice hotels around Lake Titicaca, and it wasn't crowded when I went. Oil tankers can pick you up from the hotel's dock, which is very convenient."
Hotel Jose Antonio Puno
"The hotel restaurant is beautiful and modern. The food is good. Carnen served us and was exceptionally kind. Her presence made our dinner even more enjoyable."
Casona Plaza Hotel Centro
"Well situated for city centre, just by the cathedral square and shopping area, but you may have to walk to it as there is no vehicular drop off outside the hotel. The main floors are reached by a small 4 person (with luggage) lift from reception, however, some rooms are reached by a small flight of steps from the main floors. The rooms are arranged a large central oval space, so guests in the restaurant/ reception level talking loudly can be heard in all rooms. The rooms are large with good storage space, 2 double beds, a safe, TV (Spanish channels only), wonky table and chairs and a large bathroom with a really small bath, but shower was good. However, a lot of sockets were loose in the walls, the lights not being particularly bright, compared to the Lima hotels. Breakfast is taken by reception is mainly a continental style but a few types of hot eggs were available and items were only slowly replaced as they ran out. We ate out in the local area as there are many cafes/restaurants about."
Casa Andina Premium Puno
"It's not on par with the other Casa Andina I've been to in Peru; even the CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU is better, especially regarding breakfast. We also didn't like the fact that the hotel manager had breakfast with her children/family in the breakfast room. On our last day at the hotel, there was only one employee (poor thing, super sweet) to take care of everything; it was an abuse..."
Kaaro Hotel Suite
"Just what we needed for a one night stay in Puno before a tour of Lake Titicaca. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, tidy and gives a sense of luxury. Incredibly comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was included which helped us start our day just right. We were also able to leave our luggage for over 24 hours as we set off on our tour for free which was great. Thanks for a lovely stay."
Hotel Casona Colon Inn
"Perfecr.everything was very good. Hospitality at the top. The best breakfast we got. Friendly host. Good clean room..5 min walk to the nice plaza"
Pacha Suite
"I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care and service I received during my stay at Pacha Suit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to my every need.
