The service was overall good, and the employees were nice. The food was good too, and the amenities and bedrooms were clean. At first, the bedrooms air conditioner was not working very well, but we informed at the front desk, and they helped us. They changed us to another room the other day. Yendry, is a front desk employee and she attend us very well all of our staying at the hotel, she kept the communication from the airport, until our arrival, during our stay, until the last minutes of the trip in Punta Cana's Bakour Hotel. Leonardo from the buffet was so kind, he always received us with a smile. And Lauris was very nice too. They were all very attentive and remembered us all. Henry from the outside bar behind the pool was excellent, he treated us very respectful, always with a great smile on his face, and the drinks and cocktails he made were great! Wilmer, from the coffee bar at the lobby was very sociable, kind and helpful. Some of us were sick and he prepared us a natural remedy to feel better. Overall, the service was nice!
