Amazing property with ample space. We stayed in the villa and the rooms were big and spacious including the toilets. The hotel facilities are very good and well equiped. Gym, sports activities, spa and the best is they have a very good kids activity area and the lady in charge of this area Ms Roza was just amazing with the kids. Hats off to her. Alchol prices are very decent and generous. Downside is the food. Buffet has the same type of food for all breakfast and dinner. Spread is ok and the refilling takes awhile and need to be in the line which is irritating at times. Even the bites which we order does not taste that good. Overall it was a good stay.. but food needs to improve.

We really enjoyed our stay at Suriya Resort. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We had a water-bungalow, which is called Chalet here. This one was a great New experience, even if it is a bit noisy by animals that are surrounding it. The food was absolutely delicious here - we really enjoyed this. Biggest thanks to all the Kind people who were always here for us. Unfortunately we had extreme hot temperatures, which causes that we were not able to make some bigger excursions, but it was also great to spend our time here at the Resort.

We checked in on the 1st of September. We visited this hotel with our friend's family. (With two kids of 4yrs old.) The rooms were amazing very spacious , cozy and clean. We got two rooms with sea & pool view. There was a wide spread of cuisine and the restaurant. Our first day we had a restaurant menu. And the 2nd day we had a wide spread of buffet. Those were very delicious. Our kids also enjoyed there meals as well. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Specially have to mention Mrs. Nilmini .. She's a kind & pleasant lady who helped us at the restaurant. Before we came to the restaurant she was arrange us a table and kids chairs too. Thank you for her kind support. 1st night we enjoyed the cricket match at the bar area. It was a great experience with wide screen. The pool is very large. We enjoyed with kids both days on our stay. Room service was also great. The room bath tub was amazing. We enjoyed that very much. Everything was perfect and much enough. We enjoyed the beach and the sunset on our stay too. Overall we had a pleasant stay on our vacation in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

Keerthi and Mali have continued with their fabulous hospitality, keeping the number of cabanas down to a number that enables their personal attention to details that make each visitor feel as if they are staying with long time friends. The cabanas have been well maintained which takes extra effort in a remote beach environment, bed linen, towels, toiletries were very good quality. The menu was varied and the food continued to be outstanding in quality and presentation. Seafood fresh off the boats was a highlight of the menu. Visiting with friends, we mostly stayed in the hotel grounds relaxing with a day trip to Kalpitiya where we visited the little Fort and church. The beach is safe for swimming [sunbeds available for those who are not sun safe minded] and a pool is available at Omeesha's second hotel a short walk away. Early morning dolphin and whale watching excursions are available. If you are looking for a welcoming, quiet, comfortable place where you can walk along a clean beach, watch the crabs scuttling ashore while sipping a cocktail watching the sun go down then enjoy a beautiful meal Omeesha would be the place to choose. We're all planning on returning for another stay.

We got two rooms with sea & pool view. There was a wide spread of cuisine and the restaurant. Our first day we had a restaurant menu. And the 2nd day we had a wide spread of buffet. Those were very delicious. Our kids also enjoyed there meals as well. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Specially have to mention Mrs. Nilmini .. She's a kind & pleasant lady who helped us at the restaurant. Before we came to the restaurant she was arrange us a table and kids chairs too. Thank you for her kind support. 1st night we enjoyed the cricket match at the bar area. It was a great experience with wide screen. The pool is very large. We enjoyed with kids both days on our stay. Room service was also great. The room bath tub was amazing. We enjoyed that very much. Everything was perfect and much enough. We enjoyed the beach and the sunset on our stay too. Overall we had a pleasant stay on our vacation in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

Amazing property with ample space. We stayed in the villa and the rooms were big and spacious including the toilets. The hotel facilities are very good and well equiped. Gym, sports activities, spa and the best is they have a very good kids activity area and the lady in charge of this area Ms Roza was just amazing with the kids. Hats off to her. Alchol prices are very decent and generous. Downside is the food. Buffet has the same type of food for all breakfast and dinner. Spread is ok and the refilling takes awhile and need to be in the line which is irritating at times. Even the bites which we order does not taste that good. Overall it was a good stay.. but food needs to improve.

We really enjoyed our stay at Suriya Resort. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We had a water-bungalow, which is called Chalet here. This one was a great New experience, even if it is a bit noisy by animals that are surrounding it. The food was absolutely delicious here - we really enjoyed this. Biggest thanks to all the Kind people who were always here for us. Unfortunately we had extreme hot temperatures, which causes that we were not able to make some bigger excursions, but it was also great to spend our time here at the Resort.
