Needed it for a night, was near to 2 kbbqs. The surrounding area looks a little sketchy at night so be careful!

We stayed for 8 nights at this hotel while visiting our son, who is stationed at Camp Humphreys. Let me start the review by saying the couple who run this hotel are the sweetest and most helpful people. If the review was based solely on hospitality, this would definitely be a 5-star. I gave 4-stars for a few amenities that were missing, and might have been nice to have. Every day our 5th floor room was cleaned, and towels and basics were replaced. The hotel is secure, clean, quiet and safe, and most importantly was within walking distance of the off-base apartment where my son lives. There are a few things to note - first, there are no silverware or plastic drinking cups provided in the room, only small paper cups for tea, coffee. There is an electric hotpot for water, teabags and instant coffee, plus Pepsi and a canned sweetened coffee drink that is replaced daily. Our room had a computer (did not use), fridge and washing machine, plus a stove that we could not use due to the type of room we booked. The washing machine was a bit tricky to run as all directions were in Korean, but we used a translator and it worked fine. There is a drying rack, but no dryer and also no shower curtain in bathroom, just a drain in the floor. Both of these are fairly typical for the area. The layout of the room is a bit tight, with the queen-sized bed against the wall where the mini-split is installed. It was difficult to get the temperature just right as the cold air would blow right toward the bed. In addition, as another reviewer mentioned, no top sheet on the bed. Ultimately this was not an issue, and most days we were so tired that we did not really even notice this. The area has several decent coffee shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, and the 3-8 Market is just outside the back of the hotel, held on days ending with "3" or "8". We needed a taxi back to Incheon airport, and the owner graciously got the taxi for us, and the cost was determined ahead of time, 95,000 won (about 72 US dollars). If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean and safe hotel near Camp Humphreys, this is a great option. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the service and hospitality.

Talking with people who have stayed in the hotels in the local area this one far exceeds the others. It is clean, relatively quite (can hear the helicopters on base when windows are open), and in an easy to access location with easy access to Camp Humphreys and food. You are also right next to the 3/8 market. There are a few parking slots but can be hard to get to. I stayed in a basic queen suite, so separate bedroom, clothes washer, living room with TV, couch, and Korean table, and a kitchen with a 3-burner stove top, refrigerator, and microwave; ask the owners how to operate stove. For the kitchen there are no pots or eating utensils. I had in my suitcase a cups and fork, spoon. Then between the 3/8 market(cheaper here) or the nearby Zero Market you can get pans, knife cutting board, wooden mixing spoons, and other items for fairly cheap. For the bed there was a heavy quilt, if you have been to Germany something similar to what the hotels there give you. For entertainment the TV has a bunch of channels in multiple languages. I had brought an Amazon fire stick and there was an accessible HDMI port. Connected to the fast wifi and could watch my streaming services with no problems. Do bring your own slippers. This is run as a Korean hotel so you are asked to remove your shoes in your room. They provide both bathroom and room slippers but they are basic ones and I prefer my wool slippers.
