Good location for bars and restaurants. The hotel is a little noisy.

The hotel is well located and easy to access, with a comfortable room. Excellent value for money. We didn't try breakfast to give our opinion, as it was optional and due to the proximity to other options, we opted to have breakfast outside.

Great location right in front of the Botafogo subway station, with good food and entertainment options nearby. The room is very cramped, and there is almost no space to work from inside the room. The mattress has no cover and the sheets are not elasticated, so if you move around too much you will be in direct contact with the mattress. Not ideal.

The view from the room is not good, facing the wall and the opposite window, no view. Secondly, there is no quilt in Brazil? There is only a blanket. I touched it and it didn't feel so smooth and clean, so I didn't use it. As a result, I caught a cold. The breakfast is OK, and there is coffee at the front desk. It is convenient to eat around, but there is no shopping.

Great location, but I forgot an object in the room and they didn't call me to inform me and when I got in touch they had thrown it away. I found the customer service via WhatsApp to be very disorganized, they did not respond to messages.

I stayed at the hotel between 06/08/23 and 07/08/23 and I didn't like the reception service on 08/06, night. They don't give all the information at check in: when I arrived at the room I saw that there were no duvets or covers and when I called reception I was told that I would have to get them there. Why don't they tell you about this when checking in? It seems like no big deal, but for those who arrive tired, it's annoying to come and go at reception. I went to pick them up and they were microfiber blankets, thin and as they were not packaged, who can guarantee they were clean, that they had been washed after previous use? There's no way to know. I didn't like the smell. Another: as they were thin blankets, I asked for two and was informed that they could not supply that quantity, only 01 unit per guest and that I should leave the air conditioning off. They decide how cold the guest can feel in the room. In short, I was cold in this hotel room. Cleanliness ok, room average, service bad, breakfast very good. I wouldn't stay there again.
