Nice hotel

The hotel is advertised as luxurious! But in fact: the cleaning is bad and they forget to clean... water flows under the tap, the staff does not make concessions. To any request they answer: NO!!! Everything is dirty and you will paw it. On the bed and doors the previous guests painted crosses with oil... In short, the service is 3!

The room facilities are a little bit old, the buffet is good, the hotel is a little far from the city, the price of the hotel's diving club is relatively reasonable, and there are many swimming pools

The hotel experience was very bad (as evidenced by the pictures below). The front desk and supervisor were suspected of discriminating against Chinese people. Although the hotel had many rooms, they gave us a room very far away. Moreover, the showers and faucets were all broken, and there was no hair dryer. The hotel didn't come to clean it until 5pm. We called and went to the front desk twice to negotiate. It took more than an hour before someone came to repair it. The front desk attitude was very cold. He is arrogant and rude, and has never said a word of apology (even lied and said that my husband had been drinking. The hotel negotiated and dealt with the problem at 7-8 o'clock, and my husband had dinner and drinks from 10 o'clock. What is the necessary connection with the hotel service? ), the front desk even handed me a hair dryer when I went to negotiate. We spent the same money, but did not enjoy fair and good service. This made me very disappointed with this chain hotel. Chinese people must avoid this pitfall.

It was okay, unfortunately the water from the pool wasn't very clean, the food wasn't exactly great either, but for the price and this experience it was okay. Wouldn't go there anymore, but anyone who wants something new can try it.

I had a fantastic experience at Retac Hotel and would gladly return! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—right by the beach with stunning views and easy access to the sea, which is calm and family-friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere around the pool and aqua park—great for both adults and kids! Dining at the hotel was also enjoyable. There was a good variety of food options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes.♥️♥️
