The room conditions are very average, the food is mainly based on Egyptian food culture, the highlight of the hotel is that the corals on the beach are very beautiful, you don't need to go out to sea for snorkeling, you can walk to snorkel and see turtles and dugongs, the price of Ctrip is a bit expensive, it is not recommended to place an order with Ctrip

There is a welcome drink. I stayed for five nights to see the dugong. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there. The three meals are quite rich, but I can't get used to them. There is barbecue every day. The attitude of the waiters is mostly OK. They are all Europeans and Americans. I saw Asian faces twice, and there is no Asian food.

Free cancellation is not possible. I asked a few days in advance.

Service with top-notch staff, always friendly and helpful and attentive. Very good food and quite varied but lack of variety of fruits and dairy products for dessert. Unfortunately, given the size of the hotel, there is no wifi in the rooms.

This is the third time we spend our vacation in this magnificent place. Words cannot describe how special this place is and it has become a favorite destination and one that we will return to year after year. Everything would be worth mentioning and evaluating in this review, but it would be extremely long, so I will limit myself to the atmosphere and the staff. I will start with the General Manager Mr. Haggag Elammari who on our second visit was extremely receptive to our suggestion regarding the vegan corner, which he implemented starting the second day. The staff at the reception, housekeeping, kitchen, animation team, waiters, all are particularly attentive to detail and to make you have a dream vacation. Special thanks to Saied Sayed from PANORAMA Restaurant, who "did his best" to have a menu as diversified and interesting as possible, considering that we are vegan.

Wonderful hotel with all amenities you need: good food, beach, animation, spa, gym. The animation team stands out for their sympathy. As a solo traveller, they reached out to me to join the shows and activities. Super recommended hamam treatment with massage at the spa. Shout out also to the happy lady that bakes fresh bread from early in the morning and in the evening for dinner. The pita bread is WONDERFUL! Can’t wait to come back!

Fayrouz is the best in Marsalam, we been here so many times and it a cool and fantastic place, good rooms well clean, good foods and different foods, Amination are really trying especially the lady in kids club, she is really trying with the kids and my children love her so much, she help the kids with different things and the really love the mini disco, and the pizza day was so fantastic. Kudos to all the staff there are really doing a great job.

From many years I come to the Fayrouz Plaza Beach Resort of Marsa Alam. To days there was the Fruit Beach Party like every week , like you can show in the photo the party was beautiful and the Staff with Mr Sheriff , Mr Sabri and all the guys who work in the Restaurant are amazing . They are always kind and care with the guest for everything you need. The service is Top. Every my free time I choose Fayrouz and I want invite everyone to test this beautiful place and Resort. Sherif from Dolce Vita restaurant is perfect! Very symphatic and good men. Food in Italian restaurant is excelent! Tommato soup is super! Three Corners hotel is absolutly perfect in the all.Calamar rings, shripms, chicken, ice cream chocolade excelent!

Hotel IS perfect, service TOP, the food great, rooms clean, animation Tola - great backing pizza with kids:-) recommended the snorkeling and diving IS excelentný,we appreciate the motto "save the Nature" - people are protecting the corals

This Hotel is beautyful. Animation very good. Food and drinks is good. The Hotel is good, but the fresh Juice and some alkohol costs Monet an is included in the all inklusive, which is a shame . The schnorcheln is very beautyful. Many fishs with many colores.

Beautiful location in the desert with a view of the Red Sea. Excellent varied food + 3 a la carte restaurants. A paradise for divers. Particularly worthy of mention is the animation team, which never lets you get bored. In summary: Definitely worth a trip.

The hotel was great, we driving and the sea was very clean with different fishes, and the rooms are good, the food are very sweet, we eat different food everyday and we love the entertainment people there are very good and smiling people there entertain us with differents show, we hope to see them next year again.
