房間內是智能馬桶和智能窗簾，還有直飲水，床柔軟舒適，晚上睡得非常好！酒店房間在16樓以上，酒店3樓有足療按摩理療店，緩解了我們遊玩的疲勞。

Originally looking good homestay, the rain season is arranged on the first floor of the twin room, the room is very narrow, stuffy and humid. The windows are not screened, all relying on mosquito coils. Not recommended, especially if you live on the first floor, you will be awakened by people who have breakfast in the morning, not suitable for rest. The bed is also small and the quality of the bed is average. Very poor experience.

The hotel facilities are pretty good in all aspects. It's the tallest building in Qidong. It has a good view. It's quiet when you look at the night view at night. The price/performance ratio is good. It's located in the city center and it's very convenient for dining out. The efficiency of the front desk service needs to be improved. When checking out, it was said that the deposit would arrive in half an hour. However, the front desk forgot to do it. After a phone call, the deposit was refunded. The same thing happened when I checked in. Around 6pm in the evening, there was only one receptionist. Several groups of guests came over and ignored each other. The first impression was a bit unsatisfactory.

We had an amazing stay at Evergrande! The property is huge and picturesque! We enjoyed the breakfast option and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities, and the location by the beach is perfect! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, some of the facilities are deteriorating and old. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

The room is super big. We booked a twin room. The distance between the two beds can accommodate 2 more beds. This is the hotel with the largest room I have ever stayed in. Because my mother has Alzheimer's disease, the front desk Ren Yan took the initiative to add me on WeChat and asked me to find her if I have anything. She was polite and enthusiastic. Because the elderly have many uncertainties, they were immediately resolved after communicating with Ren Yan and the hotel. What convinced me was that I have lived in so many star-rated hotels. It is humid by the sea and the room is prone to mold. The hotel opened in 2021 can maintain such good facilities. I didn't expect that the sanitation of the internal and external environment is very clean and tidy, especially the glass cover lamps outside the hotel, which are all wiped spotless. The hotel is Chinese style, with an a**ospheric appearance. Many floors have different styles. Swipe the card to go upstairs for privacy, the room is bright and spacious, and the toiletries are comfortable. There is ”Xinghua Village” in the hotel, a famous local seafood chain, which is really worth recommending.

The hotel is still very new, with relatively complete configurations and large rooms. There are two restaurants in the hotel, a gym (24 hours), and a swimming pool from 6:00 to 22:00. When checking in at the hotel, the front desk gave me chocolate cookies 🍪, which tasted good.
