青島五一節期間各賓館價格調整幅度大，但金海紅宇賓館卻做小幅度調整，同時加強了節日期間遊客入住人多的熱情服務工作，餐廳的早餐，中餐，晚餐全天侯服務，增加了住客房間點餐送到位的服務，餐廳工作人員你那怕衹點一碗麪條，照樣熱情服務，讓住客頓感温暖，有家的感！
房間乾淨整潔，無異味，保潔阿姨們工作認真打掃及時！前台李姐更是對待客人像自己親人一樣！賓館黎經理可以直接找他，沒有一點官腔幫着解決你提出的問題！
金海紅宇交通方便，地理位置好，房間性你比高！是節假日到青島旅遊居住的好選擇，推薦給全國各地遊客

這是我們這次旅遊住的最差的賓館了，裝修老舊，設施極差，被芯在被套裏滾做一團，我們整理了半天才湊合著用了。衞生間座便器放水沖後，水關不了，流了大半天。淋浴下水口堵塞，以致衞生間水流滿地。電視機很小且信號不好，時段時續。電吹風開關泚火花，差點電着！唉，不説了，鬧心！
早餐衹能説一般般，管飽。

好久沒有住這樣的賓館了，國有企業的影子還在，前身應該是鐵路系統的招待所，總體感覺還不錯，房間的衞生還可以，工作人員的服務態度也很好，特別是早餐的供應品種雖然不多，基本上能滿足各類型人員的需求，尤其是其味道很好，超過了一般酒店提供的自助餐。

賓館位置好，距離青島火車站非常近，步行幾分鐘即可到達，去棧橋、中山路步行街步行僅需十多分鐘，附近有公交車，地鐵，出行便利！
