All five points! It is right next to the May Fourth Square, with the subway entrance downstairs, so transportation is very convenient. The room has heating, the temperature is suitable, the bedding is comfortable, the hygiene is good, and the shower has enough hot water and stable hot water pressure. The housekeeper is very nice, attentive and responsible, and the communication is smooth. It was a very satisfactory stay.

It's very close to the subway entrance, but there's nothing to praise except the good location. The hygiene is average and there's dust under the bed. Add WeChat and send the password to check in. Someone will come to clean up at noon, just to collect the garbage, and the attitude is not good. In Qingdao, staying in a homestay with friends in the off-season is only 80 or 90 yuan, and 40 yuan per person is much better than this. I don’t recommend it...

The space capsule we booked at first was not cleaned after 2 p.m., and we had to wait until about 2:30 p.m. to go in. The cleaning staff only changed the pillowcases and sheets, but not the quilt cover, and did not do other cleaning. There were things from the previous tenant on the table, piled up in a mess; there was even sour rice in the rice cooker. We moved to a double room the next day after staying for one night. We booked a room with a window, but the landlord took us to a room without a window. I said that this was not the room we booked, and she said she didn't know and asked us to go find the owner. In short, it was a misunderstanding, but we got it back in the end.

遇到問題積極處理，比消極態度，逃避責任更容易把問題解決。如果不是我下午反應過來，是不是我在這躺幾天都要自己掏錢住？衞生間每天水淹一樣應該是想辦法解決水的問題，而不是出現情況發現法律漏洞，就貼上小心地滑的標簽避免自己過多責任。

老闆娘服務態度很好 有求必應 然後房間蠻大的 比一般青旅大 像宿舍一樣是上下鋪 挺乾淨的 每天都有人打掃衞生 主要是地理位置特別好 出去走兩步就是五四廣場 很適合晚上到那塊去吹海風溜達 很滿意的一次住宿體驗
